They hold a very large damage deposit.
Location & staff
The rooms were very basic. I booked a suite bit it lacked very basic things. We travelled with an infant so was very difficult for us.
It was clean and quiet. The desk staff were very helpful.
The door to the bathroom is a sliding barn door style. This does not provide enough privacy. I prefer a bathroom that has a solid closing door.

The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet room. Did not hear the next room or hallway noise.
There was no clock in the room, the window blind was broken and the window would not open so we could get some fresh air. No instructions on how to get the tv to work. The remote battery was very weak. No info on any nearby restaurants.
Decent price, friendly front desk staff, very comfortable bed, 24 hour coffee/water available.
No elevator, and the breakfast was very limited.

Location
Breakfast room and food areas were a zoo on Sunday morning. People were eating standing up and lined up to try to get to the food area.
Both areas were way too small for the number of people they were trying to service.
We ended up walking over to Tim's which we normally wouldn't do as it basically added another unexpected $20 to our stay at the Comfort Inn
