The room is cozy and the beds are comfortable. The staff were friendly and approachable as well.
The price for the room was too high, and there isn’t an elevator for easy access to the rooms. Also the air conditioner seems to be leaking water, my feet got wet when I stepped close to it, overall it was not the most pleasant stay.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was very good.
We are seniors and we're placed on the 3rd floor. At no time during booking were we advised the facility has no elevator. The room only had a small closet to hang items, no dresser or wardrobe to put any clothes in that could not be hung up. The finishing in the bathroom was extremely poor quality.
As for the breakfast, although included in our stay, nothing offered was appealing enough to cause us to partake. We would never stay in this facility again or reccomend it to anyone.

The pot smell in stair way entrances, no pool, not enough shower supplies.
People were nice price was good. Breakfast was yummy.
When you pulled up, it looked a little shabby because nothing had been mowed or weeded. It could use a pot or two of flowers but once we got inside the facility, it was OK.
The king suite was fantastic. It was large, comfortable, the correct temperature and on floor level.
It had all the amenities, was clean and we were super satisfied.
The pillows were top notch, I loved having a place to sit down and enjoy a meal in our room without feeling cramped.
I can't think of anything that we weren't happy with.
