Need to wash the exterior windows of the whole building dirty with dust dirt and bugs - a little off putting I like to see outside and open the window at night.

My room was right next to the parking lot, and unfortunately I could hear people chatting, arguing, and even crying outside from around 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. There were also car alarms and horns during the night. As a result, I was unable to get a proper night’s sleep.
Nice room. Convenient back door access for quick trip to Tim Hortons and restaurants. Front desk staff very helpful. Cleaning/Maintenance staff very nice.
Small ant problem but was quickly addressed. Constant interference on TV
Breakfast was a good variety. It was hot and plentiful. Room was clean . On our way to breakfast, we noticed scrambled eggs spilled on the stairs. We told the gentleman at the checkin desk. It was cleaned up immediately.
We were satisfied with everything.
Jacuzzi tub in room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was pretty good, lots of choices.
The property lacked any kind of amenities and was very pricy for what it provides. The building looks very dated. For such a large room, there were no dressers to put your clothes, only a small awkward closet at the front door. A dresser in the bedroom area would have been nice.

the building and our room is in disrepair. There was a large number of families with children who travelled for sports also staying. We asked to be placed far away from them, but we were very near and the kids were kids and very noisy.

The room had a strong smell of coffee, even though we didn’t make coffee. I could tell the bed skirts haven’t been washed/changed in a while since there was something smeared on them.
Great staff and great facilities. I had three business webinars from the hotel room and there was good space for this.
