I would recommend staying here.
Pros:

I stayed here during Reading Festival, so very good location for that, very comfy room, everything looked new and clean. Lovely staff :)

Nächtlicher Lärm, lose Schrauben und kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Obwohl die Hausregeln vorschreiben, dass um 23 Uhr Nachtruhe herrschen soll, gab es eine Rave Party, bei der die Wände und die Fenster wackelten.

I will stay here every time I come to Reading. It is a wonderful little hotel!
Pros:

The location is a five minute walk of the train station and in even closer proximity to buses. There are lots of restaurants within a five minute walk.

Cons:

There is noise on the weekends, however, it did not prevent me from watching TV or falling asleep.
