Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht
Pros:

Modernes Zimmer, super Frühstück

Cons:

Keine Fahrradgarage, Fahrräder wurden unter einem Überstand abgestellt. Stellplatz sehr klein. Zimmer war um 16 Uhr nicht fertig. Wird von Busreisen angefahren. Macht einen unsauberen Eindruck. Für fast 200 Euro die Nacht darf man mehr erwarten

Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Cons:

Das Hotelkonzept ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, zumal viele Besucher per Bus zum Frühstück oder Abendessen angekart wurden.

The surrounding, but not the hotel

Cons:

They don't have even a fan! It was way too warm. The receptionist was so unfriendly. She answered my questions in a rude manner as she doesn't wanna work there. And at the breakfast, only one guy was responsible for everything. He was the only one who was good /perfect in this place.

Very enjoyable stay, accomodating staff, good food & wine and comfortable bed.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, albeit a bit isolated and small town which didn’t have much open outside of the hotel during my stay (Wednesday night). Room I had (double bed) was small but comfortable bed, clean and more than enough for a short stay. The staff were very accommodating and the food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was excellent. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Jammer dat de dag ervoor meerdere gasten zijn geweest en er een zooitje van hadden gemaakt. Kamer dus later klaar. Gelukkig werkte personeel mee en gaven ze goede service

Pros:

Schone kamers.
Ebikes veilig onder afdak met stroom.

Cons:

Reageert niet op berichten via booking.com.
Je krijgt na boeking een vreselijk lang bericht.
Het buffet in het restaurant is duur, 35 euro.

Das Zimmer war groß und hell.

Cons:

Der garantierte Check-In um 15h wurde bei weitem nicht eingehalten. Wir hatten Glück und konnten um 16h ins Zimmer, andere Gäste haben sehr lange gewartet. An anderen Tagen war es ähnlich, wie wir erfuhren. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, im Badezimmer gab es nur schummrige Beleuchtung

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Mosel. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Service an der Rezeption sehr langsam. Zimmer war winzig. Frühstücksraum überfüllt.

Lage unmittelbar am MoselUfer. Möglichkeit zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern ( inkl Lademöglichkeit) im Hof. Bequeme Betten und sehr saubere Zimmer! Freundlicher Empfang mit kostenlosen Wasserspender und Candybar.

Cons:

Leichter Geruch im Badezimmer. Vermutlich durch Kanalisation.

Pros:

Bequeme Betten in renoviertem und ruhigen (Richtung Innenhof orientiertem) Zimmer. Großartiges Frühstücksbuffet mit vielfältiger Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Fünf Fläschchen mit Gratisgetränken wurden in der Minibar zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Badezimmerausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
