The location was excellent. A block back from the Grand Canal, directly across the canal from the train station
No issue at all. It was perfect for staying in Venice itself
Good location, close to Venezia Santa Lucia railway station. The breakfasts were tasty and varied, with fresh bread available. Unfortunately, the coffee served at breakfast was disappointing. Overall, it offered good value for money in our case.
The bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, which kept sliding apart, and we found this quite annoying. The air conditioning was very noisy. The coffee served at breakfast was rather poor. Overall, the hotel was pleasant, although the rooms could use some renovation.

Die Lage ganz nah am Hbf, gutes Frühstück für nur 10€ ist für Venedig Verhältnis goldwert !
Schade, dass es keinen Stadtplan im Hotel gab.

Everything was good
It was a very comfortable place, excellent location, easy to find and just a short walk from the train station, staff were very friendly, there breakfast available, (cooked and continental )

Location is very good as it is easily accessible from train station and surrounded by nice restaurants and public and private boat taxis.
Room sizes and toilet are small.
L'emplacement l'hôtel et à deux pas de la gare et du terminus de bus centre /aéroport. Superbe accueil, nous avons eu la chance de tomber et sur un réceptionniste qui parlait français. Le petit déj est complet et la déco et dans son jus style vintage.
