Le décor, les tapis, la réception tout cela manque un peu d'amour. Tapis usé et pas très propre. Le déjeuner était plus que moyen

Aucune couverture seulement un drap pour la personne qui a dormi sur le divan lit, écouter la télévision était tout un challenge même pas d’instruction, grosse épaisseur de poussière sur le meuble de tv,pas assez de serviettes et de verres pour 3 personnes, des poils dans mes oeufs durs au déjeuner c’etait dégeulasse mais la cerise c’est de m’avoir fait envoyer chier par la femme qui n’aimait clairement pas son travail au déjeuner en chialant avec ses collègues pendant qu’on mangeaient et parce qu’on a laissé nos assiettes sur la table parce que c’était dégeux. Me faire dire que c’est pas un service au table et m’obliger à nettoyer la table… Je ne retournerai jamais…

policy on buying bottled water and chocolate at the front desk. they require room number, name of person and show of hotel key although we paid y debit card. Requested to bring dirty towels to front desk in exchange for fresh ones. Said it’s like that everywhere with choice hotels. To complain to choice hotels if we don’t agree with the policy. This was during native minor tournament in Val d ‘Or.
