Lovely hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for exploring everything that Porto has to offer. Our room was spacious, extremely clean and very comfortable. Staff were polite and always happy to help but perhaps a little reserved and didn't always pro actively engage. Breakfast was expansive and of a good quality although at busy times the staff struggled to replenish items to meet demand. Overall we had a really comfortable stay and wouldn't hesitate to use the hotel again should we re visit Porto.

A WONDERFUL STAY
Pros:

EARLY CHECK IN WAS MUCH APPRECIATED, VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL RECEPTION STAFF.
ROOM WAS EXCELLENT WITH A SMALL PRIVATE TERRACE NEXT TO A QUIET BAR AND SWIMMING POOL. THE AREA WAS LIVELY AND FUN , PLENTY OF PLACES TO EAT AND DRINK WITHIN A MINUTES WALK. PROBABLY A 15 MINUTE WALK DOWN TO THE CITY CENTRE AND THE BRIDGE\RIVER. OVERALL A GREAT HOTEL.

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming, the hotel was very centrally located walking distance to everything. We were given an up-grade which was lovely. I would definitely return.

The gym was good but small, it could have done with air conditioning.

A Wonderful Experience in the Heart of Porto
Pros:

I loved everything about our stay, from the kindness and professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness and tidiness of the common areas and the spaciousness of the rooms.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. We also tried the restaurant for lunch on our first day, and everything was delicious.

The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly and was very quiet. The pool and the surrounding area were beautiful — when relaxing there, it was hard to believe we were right in the heart of the city. And yet, as soon as you stepped outside, everything was within easy reach, making it very convenient to explore the city.

Last but certainly not least, we really appreciated the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff, who went out of their way to prepare a special surprise for my daughter, who celebrated her 18th birthday during our stay.

A truly wonderful experience. Well done to the entire team, and thank you all!
