Muy buena ubicación. A solo 600 metros del Puente de Luis I y de la zona mas linda de la riviera del Duero. Las camas y el baño excelentes y muy silenciosas
Clean and well maintained
Location but away from city centre
The location of the property was excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Most of the receptionists are fantastic.
The hotel obviously has an ant problem based on the reaction of the receptionists when we kept on reporting ants in our room. Whilst they apparently sprayed something, ants kept on coming. The receptionists were obviously aware. Don’t let them book you into room 203!
We also had issues with the €8pp spa. It was sold to us as a warm pool but it was so cold, as was the spa itself. No where to get changed either. Very disappointing as it’s one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Nice hotel with good breakfast in a nice location within Porto. Friendly staff and a nice inner garden if the temperature is right.
We had a bit of a smell in room 120. We accepted it, because we could open a window to the inner garden. But maybe somebody else can judge different. If you use the parking facilities that work together with the hotel, keep in mind that it takes 5,5 years to get there because of one-way traffic and only 5 minute walk back, once you got your car parked.

L’hôtel est bien situé. Les chambres sont confortables et propres
Nous avons eu des problèmes de paiement via le site booking et malgré plusieurs échanges de messages avec l’hôtel, l’établissement n’a pas proposé de solutions possibles et a menacé à plusieurs reprises d’annuler la réservation quelques jours puis quelques heures avant notre séjour.
Nous avons mentionné un problème de réglage de temperature de l’eau de la douche excessivement chaude à l’accueil et n’avons pas été bien considérés.
