Great hotel
Pros:

Have been staying here regularly since it opened. Great hotel with great staff and great amenities. As long as they keep their prices reasonable I will continue to stay here, they are doing a great job.

Great hotel
Pros:

It is a great location for what we do while in Winnipeg

Cons:

Our door was open when we returned to the hotel
Front desk was incredibly prompt & professional when they were looking into why our door was not secure
Determined that housekeeping did not pull the door shut
When we checked out they again apologized and comped that night for us - without us asking they did the right thing!
Made us loyal customers because they understood our concerns

Good experience
Pros:

It was great, had a nice pool and hot tub which I think are saltwater,the pool is a little small for a hotel of it’s size but it had a beautiful pool area.The area of the Hyatt was nice as it was close to many shops including a mall , dollarama, rec room and a couple fast food restaurants.

Great hotel, my first choice when visiting Winnipeg
Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean. The hotel lobby and hallways etc are super clean and smell good. The quality of the breakfast is fantastic.

Cons:

The front desk lady upon checking in was wearing a mask and it made it extremely difficult to understand her and made the process go slower and a little frustrating.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Uncomfortable beds and dry breakfast
Pros:

Overall underwhelming/average experience. While there was no major issues, it simply didn't feel like a good value for what we paid ($319/night). We stayed in room 217, and the bed was not comfortable for sleeping. My wife and I were both awake throughout the night because of this. The breakfast buffet was also very disappointing. The waffles, hashbrowns and egg muffins were very dry, so 90% of our food went to waste.
I would highly recommend the Best West Premier Wpg East if you're looking for a 10/10 stay

Shop til you drop!
Pros:

This is our 3rd time here and we enjoy our stay here. The location is convenient for shopping at the Outlet Mall across the street and there is a good selection of restaurants near by.

Surprised by the extra care & details
Pros:

Girls weekend getaway was a huge success, staying in the lovely Hyatt House suite. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was much better than expected with all the regular items but also bacon, freshly cut fruit & yogurt and many small extras. It’s been a while since I’ve been surprised by a hotel, and this one was definitely above average.

Pros:

The checking is always great, we are made to feel special everytime, plus always a warm welcome with any staff we see.
