Do not stay here. I initially had a pleasant stay, until I woke up covered in bites on my arms and legs. I stayed in Room 308 and had even checked the bed when I arrived, but unfortunately did not find anything.
I later discovered stains on the sheets underneath where I had been sleeping, and I now believe they were from bed bugs. Even worse, a bed bug traveled home with me, leaving me concerned about bringing an infestation into my home.
This is extremely frustrating and concerning. I strongly encourage the hotel to thoroughly inspect and treat Room 308 and take additional precautions to prevent this from happening to another guest.
This Holiday Inn provided a great experience. The room felt fresh and comfortable, and the overall property was well maintained. Everyone at the hotel was professional and courteous. I especially appreciated how smooth everything was during our stay.

Garbage was full at every external location so it was hard to get rid of stuff we had been accumulating in our car from travel. I would recommend more frequent garbage pickup.
The room smelled disgusting and everything was damp. The carpet, the bedding and every surface. There were chunks of what looked like dried toilet paper around the perimeter of the tile floor. I have pictures.

Everything room was soaked never offered another room a leaked everywhere hardly ever cleaned our room pool is tiny breakfast was horrible never j ad towels for our shower only once they refilled them
Checking in it was if the front desk person was going to thank us for booking with them but then saw i booked a third party so he stopped. He had messed up the girl before us reservation.
I do not know how they got a cleanliness award because pool was dirty , hair on ground. No towels. I told the guy also no lids for coffee. Didnt seem to care. Tea not restocked in morning.
Room was good beds comfy but my pillow had blood on it .
Towels in room were dirty and shower head and faucet falling off. Shower also felt as if it had not been clean in a while :(
Could have been much better
Nick and staff was great! Welcoming and always ready to assist. Location was ideal for Hershey. Will definitely be back as this is the second time we stay at those location.
Nick was very friendly and the service was excellent! Will definitely visit again.
