Cons:

Breakfast (set menu) must be improved. Selection of Bread are not up to the standards. Slices of onions will not be matched to English breakfast. Please find a solution for jumping monkeys to roof it creates lots of disturbance for sleep particularly early morning.

Only good thing was the location and staff

Proximity to the temple we wanted to visit

Cons:

Cleanliness - the rooms are not clean, the fridge had mould growing in it. The shower smelled bad, the lighting in the bathrooms are really uncomfortable. No ventilation in the bathrooms.

An excellent Hotel and location
Pros:

We had three gests, but water bottle was not enough and tea & coffee also not enough. This is my only complaint. All other are is very good. can recommend always.

VFM for transit safari stay
Pros:

The location, size of the suite/room. The dining experience. The F&B team were attentive and super. Our b/f was packed for Safari in time. We didn't have it during the Safari but were accommodated for the breakfast after our Safari.

Cons:

The check in experience. Despite advising the hotel of our arrival time, the room was not kept ready. Attention to detail was missing as we had booked the suite and were offered a regular room with extra beds. On showing the booking details they moved us to the suite which meant another delay and the room was hot as the air conditioning took time to take effect.

The booking mentioned 2 bathrooms but the suite had only one!

It was a very nice stay, very good customer service, nice location, lake view and pool viev perfect!
Pros:

Nice saty, very good custom service. Resident Mangager Fedow gave us a ride on 100 year old car Royce made in 1926.
