Horrible experience

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Average hot breakfast

We didn't have hot for the Jacuzzi room. Staff couldn't do anything about it. The front desk said it was because the hotel was booked out. The room phone didn't work. Front desk told me to use my cell phone. When I eventually called the front desk using my phone.... nobody answered! The TV didn't work. Check in was at 3pm. We were on on the 6th floor.i had to come downstairs back and forth 6 times to get different remote control for the TV and none of them worked! They didn't send staff upstairs to look at the TV issue until 9pm. And he couldn't get it to work and didn't speak any English. We paid 245.00 for one night so we were pissed. Very disappointed. Staff should have immediately been of assistance. Terrible experience for us. Can't speak for anyone else. 1st cool water Jacuzzi experience I've ever had!!!!! And yes I did it anyway. Emailed properties manager for a refund or partial reimbursement. Hadn't heard back yet.

I feel that I was cheated I had made arrangements for two nights when I saw the location I changed my mind and asked for one night for two rooms they continue to charge me $500 deducted from my checking account which I have not got back yet so let me tell you I would never ever stay in another Comfort inn suites and I will relate it to my fellow friends

I would stay here again, but only in a pinch.
Pros:

The cost was good. The location was good. The space in the room was appreciated. The size of the bathtub was great. Most of the breakfast was appreciated.

Cons:

The whole property needs to be spruced up. The evening staff was rude. The breakfast was cold or late. The mattress in the room was worn out. The linens and the trash weren't changed daily.

Pros:

This staff was very attentive and friendly. There was complimentary citric infused water to beat the heat. Breakfast was good too. Beds slept comfortably too.

Cons:

Although AC units were in the hallways it was still warm and humid.
