Beautiful hotel let down by simple things which mean a lot.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, total blackout curtain, good breakfast, powerful shower, coffee in the room. Underground car park good for motorcycles but book in advance.

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful to the point of rudeness. Included dinner had no choice. I’m gluten free so spring roles and most of the salads had gluten in them including pasta, which mean dinner for me was coleslaw and a few gluten free crackers. When I asked if the soup had gluten in I go a simple shrug! Bar ran out of Jamesons as two drinks. Showers have become tiny little rooms with folding back doors so no one else can use the loo if someone is taking a shower! Why have hotels chosen these folding doors which make the whole floor soaking wet! Underground car park floor totally covered in cement dust.

Lage fussläufig vom Flughafen in 20min. und zum Zentrumsterminalen zur Fähre 5min. - Hurtigrutenkai ist 25min weg.
Ganztägig Filterkaffee, nachmittags Fika, und abends kleines Buffet im Übernachtungspreis enthalten. Historisches Hotel mit neuen Akzenten.

Cons:

Bettenauswahl beim Buchen angeben. Hatte es vergessen und mein Mann und ich hatten 2 Einzelbetten. Für Kurzaufenthalt sollte das aber kein Problem darstellen.😉

Świetna lokalizacja i obsługa . Mimo kilku niedociągnięć , wróciłabym tam ponownie.

Lokalizacja, cudowna obsługa. Dostepnosc do kawy/herbaty wody 24/7. Śniadania.

Cons:

Brak miejsca na rozpakowanie. Przy dluzszym pobycie szafa z jedna polka i 4 wieszakami to stanowczo za mało dla jednej osoby, a co dopiero dla dwóch .
Hotel zupełnie nieprzygotowany na przyjęcie wegetarian. Dania rozmrażane, kilka krotnie podane to samo- zimne i niezjadliwe. Brak innej propozycji. Dla osób jedzących mięso codziennie przygotowane coś nowego, świeżego. To było wielkie rozczarowanie, bo już na całym świecie w hotelach są przygotowane alternatywy dla wegetarian czy wegan.
Poza tym okropne ilości kurzu, grube warstwy na oświetleniu, sztucznych kwiatach, łóżku, wszędzie .
Hotel wyglądał zapewne kiedyś imponująco , ktoś zaprojektował wnętrza ze smakiem, ale wymaga odświeżenia .
