Gym is not well equipped but its ok
Personel is well organized and very helpfull

Cons:

Doors.. laud when opening and closing. Tooo laud. In other hotels they do not knock so laud.
No aitconditioning !!!!
Rooms are too hot.
Noise from street is too laud windows should be replaced info those having more layers of glass.

Walls... noise is going through them too easy.
Photos on booking are nicer tham reality.

Great value for money, super to have insight parking, town centre within walking distance for most.
Pros:

The room was generally clean just needed updating with a fresh lick of paint to make it a bit brighter.
Plenty of space to hang your clothes.
The bed was very comfortable and sheets and towels were clean
The bathroom was basically clean, just needed a bit of modernising

Cons:

Really pleased with the hotel but if I was to comment I would say the rooms generally could do with modernising replacing some of the furniture and fixtures.

Wonderful building ticked everything on box value for money
Pros:

Free upgrade to newer room ,breakfast good ,parking good location easy to find hotel staff vey professional and pilot had small issue but sorted same day bed very comfortable and room very clean also surprised that room had hidden kitchenette bonus

Cons:

Toilet system faulty but sorted out before we came back same day,fridge nosey but we forgot to tell staff,room 536 lovely room but nosey when main door next to our room closes do to other people had no consideration for other guest also when they go out for numerous cigarette breaks 11.00 /12,00 and 1,30 pitty main door didn’t have slow closing mechanism.

Beds clean and comfortable, shout your eyes and it's fine.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Dirt and dust around the edge of the carpets, furniture and windows.
Windows don't open, safe didn't work. I informed the staff about the safe and windows, the reply was "they should work" that was it.
The building is old and tired, slates are slipping off the roof.

One night stay
Pros:

Good location, surprisingly quiet, plenty of parking , good size room. We had a club room with a fridge, microwave, sink and kettle, which were in a cupboard you could close so no noise from the fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only one small cup each to use for tea, water or anything else. Tiny bedside shelf each. While the room was sizeable the bathroom was tiny. While the bed seemed comfortable initially if either of us moved it disturbed and woke up the other one.

Cozy and quiet
Pros:

We had such a great stay at the Sure Hotel! The room was huge, with plenty of space for my toddler to play, and the double doors kept out all the hallway noise, so we slept like babies. Having a fridge, microwave, kettle, and fan in the room was super convenient, and everything worked great. The playground five minutes away was the icing on the cake. The staff was kind and helpful. We would love to come back!
