did not eat breakfast there
staff was very good.
Staff ot front counter was not friendly. The hotel was smelly and dirty.
Convenient location
Clean and comfortable
Staff was very friendly
The surrounding area is a bit rough but hotel itself is great and met our needs
The bathroom tub was not cleaned and the trash from previous occupant was still in the bathroom. Toilet bowl had not been cleaned (rusty Bowl and rusty water).
Clean, staff accommodating
Breakfast hours too short
Wasn't crowded and check in and out was easy. We only stayed 1 night and they assured us we would only be charged for 1 night. But we changed out sheets ourselves.
There was blood on the sheets and it didn't look like they had been changed. The shower curtain was tattered and torn. We only stayed 1 night because of it.
The location was perfect for us. Easy walking to restaurants and shops
The bathroom was a little dated but not really a problem
The staff
Cleanlines
I am a Choice Hotels Diamond member, and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. During the night, the front desk agent (a younger Indian guy named Chrish) locked the automatic doors and refused to let me in. Instead of helping, he had a terrible attitude, yelled at me to use my key, and sat behind the counter laughing at me.It gets worse. After checking out, I discovered they illegally charged my card an extra $75. When I called to dispute the charge, the front desk girl insulted me, called me a "crackhead," used ableist slurs, and claimed I was put on the Do Not Rent (DNR) list just because I spoke up about their terrible service. I am a homeowner traveling all the way from Alaska—I would never step foot in this dump again anyway.Management needs to address this employee behavior and refund my money immediately. I have already escalated this corporate.
It was clean and convenient to restaurants that we liked.
The rates were ridiculous. We paid for one night this year what we paid for two nights in 2025.
The weekend I stayed was during an event that inflated the price for the stay. The experience I had at the location did not meet the standard for the price I paid. First was the over 30 minute wait for me to check in without any other way to contact staff. Security was lax as the front door was always accessible even when they are supposed to be key card accessed after 11pm. Also, there was allowance for guests(?) to play music on a speaker in front of the hotel during the night. Hot breakfast consisted of one waffle maker and biscuits that had to be heated up by the guest. There were other options but this is not the standard I expect from a "hot breakfast." Parking lot light would turn on and off during the night subjecting that side of the hotel to intrusive flashes when curtains could not be closed all the way. Room was sufficient though there are visible signs of age and use (stained toilet bowl, peeling safety mat in the shower, threadbare washcloth). Overall, this is not the experience I expected as a rewards member and for the price I paid.
Horrible breakfast
Loud AC and bare bones staff
I thought the rate was decent and I was happy they allow cruise stayers to leave our vehicle. Staff were very helpful and kind.
This property is in a very sketchy area. We did not feel safe walking to McDonald’s, which is close by. There were lots of people walking around asking for money, yelling at cars riding by and prostitutes walking around at the gas station which is right beside of the hotel. Rooms are outdated and drab. The chair in our room was stained and torn. I can’t speak of the breakfast as we did not get any.
The hotel was clean and beds comfy . I was very disappointed in the breakfast. For $219.00 a night I got a microwaved biscuit and a muffin. The waffle machine was put away and didn’t have any milk for the cereal ??? No one was even around to stock the bananas??? Very poor i would have rather them charge me $10 less and let me go to McDonalds.
Sorry wrote everything in one box.
