Pros:

The residency and room was okay

Cons:

The service and the issue with the solution was slow and did not fix the problem. Complained too many times. There was leakage in the shower. It was broken and it was very hard to take the shower and water was coming out of the shower and making the bathroom area very slippery.

Great stay, close to Airport.
Pros:

Staff so friendly and helpful. Hotel pristine clean. Large rooms. Large selection for breakfast. Restaurant really good value for money. Ample parking. Great pool. Good laundry area if you need it. Really good nights sleep before next leg of our journey.

Free Airport transfer

Cons:

Free airport transfer stops at 11pm so be very mindful of your flight timing! Also, hotel requires guest to voice call for pickup, which was a problem for me as I only have mobile data. Staff wasn't bothered at all to help me despite knowing that. I finally found out airport provides courtesy local call and I managed to clear immigration in time!
