Very nice but the pet fee and room upcharge for a pet
Pros:

Very comfortable and very nice place to stay. Very quiet and the food was delicious and room service was nice

Cons:

When booking and traveling with a pet, you choose a pet friendly room at a higher rate. Once you get to the facility, you are then charged a per get as well. That’s my one complaint is it’s like you are being double charged for a pet!

Overall our stays have been very pleasant.

Restaurant was great, location is great. Staff is very nice and polite

No breakfast included on our last Two out of the Three stays there this month. Our first stay included breakfast.

Smooth check-in, relaxing environment, close to restaurants, and easy access to Deerfoot.
Pros:

The breakfast served was a great variety of hot food and many other options.
The room is very spacious and the kitchen was great with the large fridge.
It is easy access to and from Deerfoot. The staff were kind and helpful.
I will definitely stay again!

Very enjoyable and on 12 minutes by car to the Airport.
Pros:

I liked that the accomadation was so close to shops and entertainment venues.

Cons:

The footpaths getting from the shops to the Hotel still need to be completed, which meant that we had to walk on the road.

Pros:

All was good except water escaping through the glass doors of the shower onto the floor.

Cons:

The overhead shower in the bathroom was spraying water all over and eventually escaping onto the floor outside the shower. The water spread all over the floor.

Nous avions une chambre avec kitchenette qui était très pratique : liquide vaisselle et pastilles pour le lave vaisselle fournies.

Cons:

Malheureusement l'insonorisation n'est pas optimum. A partir de 7h du matin nous avons entendu télé et conversation de notre voisin de chambre.

Overall it was a good experience.
Pros:

Breakfast timing was perfect for me, privacy was perfect, wifi was perfect.

Cons:

The mattress is too soft and The noisy vents did not let me enjoy my sleep the last night, I believe it could be better.

Our favourite hotel while visiting Calgary.
Pros:

Our room (500) was large and comfortable. The onsite restaurant is convenient. The pool was warm enough for our little grandchildren to enjoy. Having kitchen facilities is handy.

Overall pretty good but cleanses need to improve, bedding sheet needs to be changed every day
Pros:

Good environment, it’s a good value, nice staff, it has a swimming pool

Cons:

The bedding sheet and the mattress cover were both dirty, looks like somebody’s discharge on it, looks disgusting. And duvet was too thin.
