Ce n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était quand même acceptable, et la personne qui s'occupait du service du petit-déjeuner était très sympathique et serviable!
Aussi l'endroit était très calme, ce qui est un point positif.

Cons:

L'odeur dans les chambres était très mauvaise. Je pense qu'elle venait de la moquette. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée et les draps n'ont pas été changés après la première nuit. Les climatiseurs étaient très anciens, ce qui rendait le réglage de la température difficile. Je ne retournerai pas à cet endroit et je ne le recommanderai à personne.

Pros:

Price and location , room 214 was nice and spacious.

Cons:

Had to contact staff, as fridge wasn't cooling, and ac wasn't working. No soap in bathroom . Eventually the issues were resolved. No screen on the windows, didn't want to let bugs in so was very hot the first night, when we first arrived the room felt cool, only to discover the ac wasnt working in the middle of night,so contacted staff the 2nd night.

Très bonne nuit de sommeil dans le calme et le confort .
Pros:

Nous aurions aimé le prendre à l’hôtel mais des amis nous recevaient chez eux avant notre départ. Une prochaine fois!

Not a comfortable stay

Hot breakfast

Cons:

The moment we entered the room we found the floor is covered with dog fur…you are taking charge for stay with pet and giving us the option to select some rooms only which are expensive than other rooms . We talked with the receptionist and she changed the room. The new room was better than the previous one but lacked the floor cleaning there too.

Chambres très confortables d'accès facile.
Pros:

Nous avons bien aimé la situation géographique, notre tante demeure à Ste-Foy et les déplacements étaient très faciles pour visite à l'ïle d'Orléans, Cap Rouge et l'accès à l'autoroute pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Cons:

J'aurais apprécié avoir une copie papier détaillée de ma facture. Il n'y avait pas de service à la réception lors de notre départ vers 9h le matin du 6 juillet. Nous étions 3 et il fallait divisé la facture.
