It was very cozy and very clean and the staff were lovely!!

Comfortable room with table and chairs, fridge and microwave.
Clean premises
Be aware there is an aviation construction site therefore will always be noise in the night.
Room 2 has so many noisy points: the fridge is noisy, there is above your head a bath ventilator which does noise again and so very loud when people using the sink and toilet because the heavy sound of the boiler right next. Basically no sleep.
Worth to mention that there are 3 rooms, one bath and is literally next to your bed, (wall separates the bath) but you can actually hear what people are doing in the bathroom.
There was an english couple so very aggressive came at 12 at night and went like 5 times using the bathroom. Terrible
The room and basically the whole house is very clean.
The guests in neighbour rooms are very respectable, they walk very quietly.
There was almost unlimited amount of bread and milk in the fridge, which is a nice touch.
The WiFi ends up not working at all.
Luckily I connected to the EE WiFi as I am EE broadband user, so not an issue for me.

A lovely clean and comfortable B&B in a quiet residential street. There was great communication about check in from the owners. My room wasn’t overlooked by another house, which was nice. It was no bother to share the bathroom, and the cost was reasonable.
My room was very warm, but then we are in a heatwave and it’s exceptionally hot, and there was a fan in the room which helped.
The owners were super helpful and access was easily gained to the property. Very neat and tidy and excellent value for money..
