Micul dejun este acceptabil. Varietatea este redusa dar in regula.
Spatiul restaurantului este foarte mic dar am gasit intotdeauna masa disponibila.
Locatia hotelului este excelenta in apropiere de Hyde Park si de mijloace de transport in comun.

Vederea din camera era spre curtea interioara.
In fata geamului era o gura de aerisire a unui spatiu industrial cred, de vis a vis.
Nu se putea tine geamul deschis din cauza zgomotului.
Ferestrele erau vechi, probabil de acum 40 ani. Nu asigurau izolatie fonica.
Aerul conditionat destul de zgomotos si vechi.
Dimensiunea camerei era mica pentru un hotel de 4* chiar si pentru Londra, unde camerele de hotel sunt mici.
Pretul destul de mare fata de minusurile de mai sus.
Un très bon hôtel, une tres bonne localisation et l'accueil était super. Les personnes sont vraiment a l'écoute !
La chambre était bien petite mais fonctionelle, on peut entendre un peu de bruit venant de l'extérieur et la douche est un peu étroite

Personel was very friendly, air condtioner was perfect, as there was about +30 C outside. Rooms were very clean.
There was too much can products at breakfast, for example mushrooms. Hotel seemed high-quality, so I would have expected that from breakfast too, like fresh salad, bread et.
Le personnel est sympathique et serviable et le petit déjeuner est très bien.
I loved the location and the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. They even tried to help me get a stain out of my trousers as I had to wear them on the day. The room was cozy, bed comfortable (I had a single bed). TV worked fine and aircon was ok considering the demand. Hotel was very quiet even though I was there during the semifinals of the World Cup. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great location and good value for money.
I wish the room was tiny bit bigger and if you are someone a bit bigger than a size UK 12 the shower cubicle might be a bit too small for you.

Very nice well kept hotel with helpful staff. Nice interior decoration. Great location, walking distance from Paddington Sta.
The bed, while acceptable, could use memory foam or a softer mattress. It felt unevenly worn.

Quiet pretty location staff amazing so polite and friendly (alzabar chef) beds very comfy and clean had a fridge complimentary water bottles dressing gowns n slippers a nice touch
