Prima als je je verwachtingen bijstelt.
Pros:

De locatie! 5 min naar een metrostation (circle line), genoeg restaurantjes, zelfs met het raam open erg stil ‘s nachts. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het is schoon en elke dag wordt je bed opgemaakt. Heel fijn!

Cons:

Bedden zijn klein (maar liggen prima!). We hadden twee kamers. De tweede kamer was erg heet ondanks de airco. Daar werd niks aan gedaan. Wel gemeld bij de receptie. Jammer! De douchecabine in de 1-persoonskamer was echt heel klein. Slapen en gaan dus!

Favorite hotel in London since 2020
Pros:

I know this review is long overdue, as we stayed here at the end of May, but I still wanted to share our experience.

This was our sixth stay at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. It has become our go-to place whenever we visit London.

The staff are exceptionally friendly, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the location in Bayswater is simply unbeatable. It is the perfect base for exploring the city while enjoying a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

We are already looking forward to returning—probably sooner than expected!

Tout est parfait : personnel au top, propreté, petit déjeuner, emplacement. Une equipe qui est au service de ses clients.

Die Lage ist toll, nahe an der Ubahn und vom Kensingtonpark

Cons:

Das Frühstückszimmer ist sehr klein und die atmosphäre im vergleich zum Hotel selbst nicht ganz so angenehm.

Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located - close to Hyde Park, Albert Hall and Knightsbridge, but a quiet location. My room was a small double, beautifully presented, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for my stay. Staff were more than helpful. My luggage was cared for before check in and after checking out, and reception provided water on a hot day. Buffet breakfast - simple but good. Will definitely stay here again.
