Pros:

Wunderbare Lage in einer ruhigen Straße. Wir haben das Zimmer erhalten, dass auf den Fotos abgebildet war. Nettes Personal und für Londoner Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück.

It's okay for a very short stay.
Pros:

The air-conditioning made a funny sound, even while turned off. They fixed it. But then, when I was out, they came in my room and my room was not serviced as they put the label on the door "please do not disturb" (while I wanted it to be serviced). It was not funny.

Staff molto cordiale e preparato ad ogni evenienza sia per quanto riguarda la reception che il personale nella sala da colazione pronto a rispondere a ogni domanda su ingredienti e allergia. Ottima posizione.

Cons:

Stanze veramente molto piccole, soprattutto le docce nelle quali è impossibile muoversi. Colazione forse poco varia.

Pros:

The location - close to Bayswater tube station, area felt safe, central London.

Cons:

The room was a mini matchbox - it's so small that there is not enough space to place bags or walk around (we had only one bag each). There was not even enough space to walk from one side of the bed to the other - perhaps the smallest hotel room of any country in over 30 years of travel. Breakfast area is cramped. Its absolutely not worth the money in such a miniscule lodging.
