Great stay. Would very happily return.
Pros:

Great location. Comfy bed. Very clean. Lovely breakfast options. Air con. Not far from Pimlico underground station. But street quiet.

Cons:

Showerroom was well appointed but a bit small. Ok for me as I'm not big. But generous sized shower tray.

Pros:

The room was bigger and comfier than I expected
Everything was very clean

Staff was excellent and very attentive

Cons:

London accomodation is always very expensive for what you get. However, I am pleased with The Belgrave Hotel. You get a bit more for London standards.

The place is clean and safe to stay. It is quiet within the area. The staff is very accommodating especially when you want to leave your bag/luggage before and after your check-in time.

Good location, clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Location and cleanliness and desk staff were very helpful!

Cons:

Late nite arrival was less than acceptable. Staff person was unhelpful.
I was told that room category I had did NOT include a bottle of water.......this
was not clearly stated on website. I had never experienced this at any other
property in London that I have used. A bottle of water is usually standard!!

Pros:

La ubicación y la limpieza. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de dos estaciones de metro y de sitios de interés sólo caminando. La pieza siempre estuvo impecable. Además tienen un tetera con variedad de té y café para disposición del cliente. Muy agradable.

Cons:

La habitación es un poco pequeña, así que si alguien anda con mucho equipaje puede ser un poco incómodo (en mi caso sólo me trasladé con una maleta pequeña por lo que no tuve problema)

Se queda corto para un 4 estrellas
Pros:

La cercanía con la estación Victoria y se podía ir caminando a varias partes importantes de Londres. El desayuno estaba bien, pero si estás muchos días siempre es lo mismo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran muy antiguas, la moqueta antihigiénica y para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas se queda corto

Realistic price, nice facility, needs a few improvements re. breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast selection, serve yourself items, too limited. Hot items had to be ordered -- too limiting these days. Also, serve yourself juice dispensers were not refilled on a timely basis, one or two constantly empty. But most irritating of all is the juice glasses are way too small. I noted guests would fill a glass, immediately drink it completely and then refill.

Cons:

Larger juice glasses. Available glasses are way too small. Off-putting.
Stairs at front door really need a hand rail. There is nothing to hold onto.
