Hotel in un'ottima posizione posizione. Vicino alla fermata metropolitana di Pimlico. Pulito, personale gentile. Silenzioso. In un bel quartiere tranquillo. Tengono i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check-out. Abbiamo preso l'opzione della colazione, poche cose ma un po' di tutto.

great value for money
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location—close to two metro stations and a bus stop. You can even walk to Parliament and Buckingham Palace. Breakfast is substantial, and the coffee is good. The beds are comfortable.

El desayuno, pocos productos, pero de calidad.

Personal muy amable. Zona tranquila y con parada de bus casi delante de la puerta. Metros a 5 min.

Cons:

El precio. Excesivamente caro para la calidad del hotel y lo lejos que está del centro.

Nuestra habitación estaba en una entreplanta que se accedia por una escalera angosta.

Pros:

The location was great, there is a bus station right outside where the buses go to the city centre. The hotel and the room itself were very cosy, warm and the staff very welcoming.

Cons:

Our duvet had a stain on it, but otherwise the room was very clean.

Pros:

I was lucky enough to be upgraded with the room I've booked and the one I've got was amazing. With great view on rooftops and power plant. It had nice electric fireplace and a tiny kitchen inside. Bed was big and comfortable. Location is also very good, 10 minutes walk from the Victoria station and very close to the Themes bank, very convenient for walking activities.
