Absolutely lovely.
Pros:

Great location, lovely staff and every detail thought of throughout the hotel. I was taking part in a charity cycle and they even put on some breakfast for me before the normal breakfast sitting. Couldn’t thank them enough, just brilliant. Would recommend to anyone going down to Doolin.

Just a fantastic stay!
Pros:

Everything about our stay was excellent. The breakfast was great with multiple hot options long with the buffet of cereals, fruit and various breads and scones. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and it was one of the best we had in all of our stays in Ireland. I highly recommend eating here.

One of our favorite spots on our 10 day tour of Ireland
Pros:

We had 3 rooms in our party and every single room was unique! Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The food at Russell’s was amazing, and breakfast is included. It’s a very impressive breakfast spread plus you get one warm item from menu, not like a typical hotel continental. I didn’t realize this was included when I booked it, but it was a bonus!

Our weather wasn’t warm enough to enjoy the patio but it looked like it could be a very fun venue during warmer weather. Easy to park if you are driving.
