Short and sweet!
Pros:

Actually stopped to get something to eat (long flight) and while we were eating my wife said by any chance is that our hotel next door? It was! Coincidence!! But we enjoyed the hotel being next to a good place to eat!

Nagyon jó berendezésű szoba, különösen a bővíthető asztal és a 3 ülő alkalmatosság tetszett. 4 fővel használtuk a szobát és sok szállodában aludtunk egy hosszú úton, itt volt a legkényelmesebb 4 főre a berendezés. A spa is szuper!

Cons:

Érkezéskor 60 fokon volt a klíma, amikor kint 100 fok volt. A reggeli 9.30 -ra már elég hiányos volt, és egyébként sem volt túl nagy választék, de gondolom ez a szálloda standard.

Pros:

When we arrived at the hotel at 10:55 p.m. to check in, we asked the front desk to arrange two rooms close to each other. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and, because we arrived so late, there were no other rooms available. These were supposedly the last two rooms, with one on the first floor and the other on the third floor. However, the parking lot was practically empty that night, and we barely saw anyone at breakfast the next morning.

The bed sheets had yellow and black stains on them. My child was so disgusted that they refused to sleep directly on the bed and ended up sleeping on two chairs while still fully dressed.

The hair dryer had very weak airflow but was extremely noisy. The breakfast selection was also very limited—the only sources of protein were hard-boiled eggs and milk.

Fijn hotel om te verblijven bij bezoek aan Salt Lake City

Heel goed hotel in moderne stijl. Ruime kamers en badkamers. Goede bedden. Ook hier was ontbijt inclusief al stond dat niet op de reservering. Goede uitvalsbasis om dingen in Salt Lake City te bezoeken,

The manager was so rude and unprofessional

The state was comfortable, but I had a bad experience

Cons:

I got charged for damage of towels because there were Coco on the towels, which is the cocoa that they provide in the lobby! My room was not serviced not one day of my three day day the manager Richard was so rude. He talked over me and didn't let me voice, my opinion.! he kept yelling saying I was charged for damaging the towels that is not the reason for the call. My complaint was my room did not get serviced and now that I'm getting screamed at is not very professional. I am very disappointed in the end results the overall stay was OK until I got the invoice and called customer service and spoke with the manager and all he did was yell and scream and talk over me and told me there's nothing he can do and according to his board that my room was serviced my room did not get serviced not one day I had towels in my room for three days bedding was not changed and I sit trash on the outside just so we can get picked up because it wasn't picked up not professional not professional not professional. I will be taking this to corporate.

Stay was enjoyable: clean room, comfortable bed, good value & would use again if I'm ever in SLC

Room was clean, staff were helpful, evening cookies were delightful, parking was free and easily accessible.

Cons:

AC unit was a little loud and because of the sweltering heat, was on almost constantly. That was really the only issue.
