Stay was enjoyable: clean room, comfortable bed, good value & would use again if I'm ever in SLC
Pros:

Room was clean, staff were helpful, evening cookies were delightful, parking was free and easily accessible.

Cons:

AC unit was a little loud and because of the sweltering heat, was on almost constantly. That was really the only issue.

Cons:

Aan het raam waren er kevertjes, gemeld… andere kamer gekregen maar net naast de ijsmachine en de trap.
Lift was kapot dus iedereen moest de trap nemen. Steeds geklop met de deur, … ook terug luidruchtige gasten, stampen (verdieping boven ons) precies of ze een ganse avond aan het springen en dansen waren. Uiteindelijk terug naar de kamer met de kevers gegaan om te slapen. Daar was het rustiger!

Tip: duidelijk omschrijven dat het vanaf 22u (10p.m.) rustig moet zijn.

It was very good. Beds are very comfortable.

Lovely hotel, well worth a visit and excellent location.
Pros:

I liked that even though they did not have coffee facilities in the room the receptionist went out of his way to provide a kettle for our room.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that all guests had no coffee making facilities in the rooms.

It was a good one time stay, I don’t know if we will stay again.
Pros:

Easy to get to, room was decent.

Cons:

The lack of good protein for breakfast. A bagel bar is okay, but not everyone wants to pay extra for an overpriced convenient store breakfast sandwich.

Also, we went to go swimming Sunday morning and as soon as we got in the pool room we were RUDLY told to leave because the maintenance guy was checking chemicals. There was no sign that said we couldn’t go, and the guy being rude made our kids cry when we got back to the room.

The hotel worked for what we needed - one night in a clean bed, but it fell short in a few areas.
Pros:

The hotel staff was very friendly upon our arrival. The bed was really comfortable, so we had a great night's sleep. The room appeared to be clean. A nice touch was to have coffee available 24/7.

Cons:

We are on a three-week road trip, so we brought an ice chest with us to have drinks readily available. Our ice melted in the ice chest, so we needed to pour our drinks over ice, but the ice machine in the hotel was not working. Breakfast was inadequate. Options were very limited, so I decided on a muffin. It was pre-packaged and very dry. I threw it away. Not good. The bathroom towels are inexpensive, thinner towels. Not terrible, but not great.

Could not eat any of the breakfast, I cannot eat gluten or dairy.

Cons:

Ice machine broken, lobby women's restroom both toilets broken, no lotion in the room- empty despite the sign right next to it saying it gets filled each time the room is serviced, no hot water in the lobby during breakfast, and the coffee had mostly grounds that came out and the bottom of my cup was full of grounds, the water refill stations all needed new filters (light was red), homeless were outside the hotel, and the AC unit in the room sounded like something was stuck in the fan and had a stale odor coming out of it. For the price, this was not a good value at all, we cancelled our return stay we had booked for a few days later and booked somewhere else.
