Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, jest położony w dosyć cichej okolicy ale znajduje się w centrum blisko wszystkich atrakcji.

Room was comfortable and well equipped.
The room faced a courtyard and the air con unit was right outside the window which was noisy.
The extractor fan in the toilet could not be switched off. There was no sink in the toilet.
The shower room was good and the beds comfortable.
Details on Booking.com indicated bath robes but none were available.
Good location with easy twenty minute walk to station. 15 without heavy luggage in tow. Very clean and amiable staff all around. Super good quality sheets and towels and hygiene products.
Elevator wait time especially during cleaning times and TERRIBLE wi-fi. Probably due to high rises all around and concrete walls . We had no signal for three nights. - not the hotels fault but should be mentioned if you need to have access for work.

Very friendly welcome, and staff in general. Great location. We were offered a free upgrade upon arrival.
There’s a small step up into the bathroom, with a rough concrete edge. Feels very unfinished, and very dangerous for your toes. The air vent in the bathroom was also filthy.

Wow! Absolutely amazing. A fantastic location, comfortable room, lovely views from our windows and the staff couldn’t have done more for us. The team were so kind. Our flights had been cancelled due to air traffic control issues and the Best Western team went out of their way to be kind to us. It was really appreciated.

We have been here a few times and it has been mostly great. The staff is very kind and helpful and the location is perfect.
Sadly this time the WiFi was very slow. And the elevator is very small, but i think that's common in France.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with plenty of great cafés and bars nearby, a tram stop close by, and the beach within easy reach.
The air conditioning in our room was not working while temperatures outside were around 32°C. When we reported it, we were told it was already a known issue before check-in. There was no alternative room available until the following day, so we had to move rooms during our stay.
Most staff were pleasant, but one member of staff was not particularly helpful when we collected the key for the new room, which made the situation feel more frustrating.
