Fully satisfied... We booked another hotel in Phoenix, but had some issues with original hotel and did a reservation in Spark by Hilton close to midnight.. (probably we paid extremly low fee due to the late hours). :o)
Hotel offered everything or even more.. so compfy, clean, nice staff, good breakfast (free of charge)... It was a pitty to stay only for a few hours because hotel is really great... next time our first choice for the stay in Phoenix.
Very good simple breakfast .
The room was very comfortable and very clean.
I wish breakfast could have started at 5 or maybe even earlier for the early risers. And they need more carts.
Remodeling and no breakfast
The place was a complete disaster! Every thing on their website was completely deceitful! When about the complementary breakfast, they pointed me to a box and told us to grab a lunch sack bag. That was our breakfast. They had no coffee. This was at 7AM. I tried to get a cup of tea, their entire coffee area was full of SAW DUST! I couldn’t breathe! Tried to ask for our money back, I couldn’t stay there. They refused to help and or accommodate us! Pretty much told me, “Oh well, you should have read the fine print! Our place is under construction, no amenities what so ever. I tried to call Booking.com , the 3rd party I made my hotel reservations through. they were NO HELP EITHER! We left this hotel, booked a different much better more comfortable and much better stuff at La Quinta Inn through Expedia.
We will never stay at any comfort inn!
No comment! I’m very disappointed
It was by the freeway
The place and the price
Liked that the price stayed the same as when I booked
- What I didn’t like was that the place was under major construction and that was not disclosed at all
- Breakfast included was very disappointing and literally felt like a children’s school field trip snack
- Coffee wasn’t even hot
- Construction mentioned earlier started at like 6/7am which was insanely rude considering they were right across the hall from us with hammers and heavy equipment being used
- The hallway carpets were full of dry wall from the drilling and construction overall was just very obvious and I don’t think guests should be staying on the same floors as construction. It didn’t feel comfortable or cozy at all, more like a work zone that we were interrupting.
Las camas son cómodas
Que no te avisan que estan en construcción y no dijeron que no habia desayuno caliente, me parecio caro para estar sucio y sin desayuno. Ademas me habían asignado una habitacion que estaban construyendo
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
Had to change rooms, A/C, heater didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Room wasn't updated and poorly maintained. Room also had an odor. Paid way to much for what we had to endure.
Who was under construction so it was a little uncomfortable
It wasn’t very clean, but I know it was under construction
Affordable and comfortable room.
The property was under construction and we somehow got a room placed right in the heart of the construction. We heard workers each morning. I’ve stayed at hotels where construction is ongoing, but typically the guest rooms are kept away from the construction. It wasn’t terrible, but it was a bit off putting.
I was there for short time.
The room did not have any soap, nor did the front desk. I had to shower with shampoo, but the front desk didn't have any additional mini bottles to give me. Further, the tv remote did not work. The front desk did find me another remote that did work, but it wasn't nearly as clean as the first one.
