Great comfy beds. Nice pillows, but if you are a couple you might want to ask for a couple more pillows.
It's not really kid friendly. If you have active children be sure to ask for a first floor room. Really killed our party mood. And Fridays are too quiet for kids. We did have.big adults playing tgeir remote control car in the parking lot which further created frustration. But we did enjoy seeing it. No running because the neighbor had a dog and that would cause it to bark. IDK what would have been better, maybe just not active kid friendly.

Air in the room was terrible. I understand it was a heat wave but no way it should be so hot. Only certain areas of the hotel were cool and the rest were warm. When we reported it we were told heres a desk fan. Terrible!!!!!
Nothing!!! It WAS NOT A DECENT PLACE TO STAY!! THERE WAS A POOL PARTY @ THE POOL!! DRINKING AND DOING DRUGS. SO ANGRY!! MANAGEMENT KNEW!! COULDN'T SLEEP FOR THE NOISES!! I HOPE BOOKING.COM WILL DROP THIS HOTEL. I DESERVE SOME OF MY MONEY BACK!!

I loved that they had breakfast included and it tasted good. I liked that they had a pool. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff...especially the breakfast crew and cleaning service crew were very friendly!!!
The breakfast needs more food and options. The pool was small and wasn't updated. The whole hotel itself could use some updating and remodeling.
Updated fixtures, clean beds.
Everything smelt very strongly of chemicals. Kind of like glue. Under the new things everything is busted and aged.
Customer service exceeds expectations. Welcoming friendly staff !!
The room was stuffy. Carpet felt dirty and the front door had a Crack so you could see through the hallway
