Great, comfortable cabin, had everything we needed for a short stay
Pros:

Great little cabin in a well run tourist park, had everything we needed and was close to Nitmiluk which was our main reason for the visit

I loved Katherine Gorge and being nearby meant I could do the morning boat trip and the sunset walk.
Pros:

Location is excellent on the road to Nitmiluk National Park. The unit was spacious, clean and quiet with under cover parking.

It’s a great place to stay

Cons:

There is a problem with the washing machines. My cabin shared a wall with the cabin next to me. My cabin was shaking, the bed was vibrating. I thought it was an earthquake. Turns out the person next door as using their washing machine. You need to look at this. He tried to put a towel under it to stop the vibrations. It was just a little shake.

Excellent clean rooms.
Pros:

Excellent room, it was so clean and had everything you needed. Staff were very friendly upon arrival and there was an excellent pool area. Good location for exlporing Katherine and surrounds.

Cons:

We were only travelling due to a canoe trip we had booked which was sadly cancelled due to crocodiles. Upon contacting the property to ask for a refund on the accommodation they were quite slow to respond and did not offer a voucher for accommodation, despite being locals and intending to use it at a later date. Being an area that relies on tourism you would think they would be more understandable. This however, was the only downfall, everything else was good, even though the room was a staggering $389 a night, hence driving the three hours from Darwin just for the one night. Hopefully they will be more accommodating to future guests.

Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms with good sized deck, convenient location in Nitmiluk Park
Pros:

The park layout is spacious with two pools and a number of comfortable accommodation options, from camping spots to cabins. Landscaping is attractive though sparse in the newly developed area which has been planted for future shade and appeal. Helpful staff. Spotlessly cjean rooms, fans, aircon and comfy beds.

Cons:

The interior of our cabin was stark without personality, generic, as was the wall art - unrelated to the Katherine scenery or culture.
