The young man who worked the front desk in the a.m. was exceptional. Sitting in the breakfast area, I observed him saying hello and smiling to each guest who walked by. Seeing no breakfast attendant I went and asked him if he could check and see if there was butter for toast as I have diabetes and could not use any of the jams. He went and got me some butter. So polite, and I know that wasn't his job. Such an asset for your hotel.

It was a nice stay, food, pool and staff were all nice!

Overall and nice stay.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. 24/7 fresh brew coffee.

Cons:

Lots of noise from outside the room. We could hear the tv from across the hall. Also, communication with the hotel was a disappointment. We needed to change the reservation. Booking said to communicate to the hotel. The hotel said to communicate to booking. So our issue never got resolved.

Surprisingly good!
Pros:

Nice, clean, and updated hotel. They ever make your room everyday!! Decent free breakfast. Nothing special but a basic clean hotel. Don’t read the old reviews.
