I wanted rooms closer to each other my son is disabled and he was on the first floor and I was on the second floor there was no elevator so I had to run up and down the stairs to care for him. The suites were not the type of suites I wanted. Wanted a one bedroom suite with two queen beds and sofa beds got one almost correct the bedroom the other one had no sofa but a recliner.

Everything it was dirty the girl at the front desk didn’t speak good English the rooms were falling apart, not older people friendly
The location was pretty decent
what I do not like about the poverty is that you have to remove your items and then check out and then re-book yourself all over again and then re-put yourself back into the hotel
The pool was nice, and the morning staff was very helpful and informative
The night staff was very rude and entitled. Nothing stayed stalked and the breakfast was usually out or felt unfinished during our stay. There were handprints on the ceiling of our room. The key cards barely worked during our stay too and would have to be reset often.
I liked the guy that checked us in. He was very accommodating.
Our car was broken into and nobody can provide any type of help finding footage. Our first room had trash and stains on the bed but we were immediately given two new rooms by whoever worked the counter. One of those rooms smelled horrendous so we had the kids come sleep in ours.
Breakfast was missing but ok
There were bugs and spiders in the room. The hotel receptionist was unfriendly.

Is this hotel under construction? The shower doesn’t work, there is no TV in the room because it’s just never bee replaced. I have had to have my keys reprogrammed six times in the last 24 hours.(know, you can’t put them by yourself Phone. I’m not.) there’s a laundry room that is all quarters in no way to get quarters to pay for it, the staff at the front desk is always out front, so if you need anything, you have to go locate her smoking and talking on her cell phone in the front of the building ( to do on multiple occasions because I’ve needed my keys redone) The hot tub is out of service. The pool area desperately needs to be cleaned as it looks like somebody had a major party there last night, and there is cigarette ash and trash everywhere. The advertisement says there’s lots of amenities that I haven’t yet found. I’ll be booking next-door next time.
Staff were friendly. Pretty clean but dingy. The downside was no elevators. Good stay for something cheap easy and dining close by. Pool was nice.

I didn't have any dislikes.
No room cleaning while there. Trash was under pull out couch when arrived. Breakfast was awful with very little options. No fresh fruit. Pool was entirely way too hot. Bed was uncomfortable (I was surprised at this as they usually are great). Key cards kept deactivating even though not around any devices. Had to reactivate at least 6 times in our 2 night stay. WiFi wouldn’t stay connected.
