Pros:

Close to the airport, friendly staff and plenty room and cozy bed. Great breakfast choice also for vegetarian!

Pros:

The hotel itself is nice, but the rating expectations are misleading. Booking.com advertises this as a 4-star hotel, whereas Google lists it as 2 stars. Once you arrive, it quickly becomes clear that it is definitely closer to a 2-star hotel than a 4-star

Cons:

Unresponsive Shuttle Service: Arriving late at night (23:45), I had to call the hotel at least 10 times before anyone answered to dispatch the shuttle.

​Disorganized Boarding: When the shuttle finally arrived, passengers without luggage (who had received vouchers for missed connections) rushed ahead and took all the seats while we were busy loading our bags, leaving us without seats.

​Slow Check-In Process: After the delays with the shuttle, we were forced to wait another 30 minutes at reception just to check in at midnight.

Posizione molto comoda, a soli 9 minuti dall’aeroporto.
Camere molto spaziose e molto pulite.
Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta.

Cons:

Unica nota negativa è che ho scritto più volte alla struttura tramite Booking, in orari e giorni diversi e non ho mai ricevuto risposta, avendo una esim non essendo abilitata alle chiamate non avevo altro modo per contattarli.

Pros:

I liked being able to check in late. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room smelled. The ice machine was broken. We only had 2 towels for 4 people and the front desk was too busy so we had to wait until the morning to get more. I had to pay for parking which surprised me. There were no pillows for the pullout bed.

Overpriced for what you get.
Pros:

It was ok.

Cons:

bed too soft and uncomfortable. Loud air conditioner. Room had roll in shower which we didn’t need and no working attachment for a regular shower.

Super to start or finish a SLC/ USA holiday.

Airport shuttle great. Room expansive and well equipped. Breakfast well received and adequate start.

Cons:

Noise from the building site next door…not hotels fault and will soon be over.
