There was a couple of great staff members

Everything. When we arrived there was tears in the shower curtain. We had to get a new one to use. The covers we asked for looked like someone took scissors to them. The furniture was beaten down and shabby. Holes in the wall, uncomfortable beds. Black mold in the bathroom. Oh dont forget that the pipes like to scream. Which they do not inform you of at check in. We heard the pipes nice loud and clear. ALL DANG NIGHT. Then if your not on the top floor. You here every little thing in the room above. We got stuck under someone who decided to stomp all night long. Oh except from the hours of 130am-430am. Trying asking the desk multiple times to please contact them to have them stop. Never happened. Staff was rude at check out.

Oh when offered a new room, they wanted to downgrade us to a smaller room.
They ruined a family vacation

Didn’t fulfill their marketing promises of shuttle service

Cons:

because this was a overnight stop in between two flights I chose the hotel because of location and because of shuttle service.
When I flew in and called for shuttle service, they told me that it would be a few hours. I should just get a Uber that cost me $25 and when I made my appointment for the shuttle to take me back, they were 15 minutes late and when I expressed concern to the front desk, the woman said you’re only a little ways from the airport not taking into account what time my flight was.

Great value for the money.
Pros:

I had a unique situation where I did not have transportation. The hotel was wonderful and came to pick me up at the airport.

Cons:

However there are no real restaurants within walking distance. No fault of this hotel.

Nice place
Pros:

Clean, nice staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

Prefer sink location in bathroom. Refrigerator had a couple of dents from previous guests.
