Uncomfortable and scary to begin with but resolve after rooms switched

First room found blood in the bathroom shower and bathroom door floor also the door was kicked in broken the drawers wouldn’t close they kept opening the front door wouldn’t close right either it seemed as if somebody got murder in that room but kindly the staff switched me rooms and from there it was good

The staff I met while there was pleasant. I wouldn't stay there again if I could avoid it.

The staff when I saw them were very friendly.

Cons:

Overall I didn't enjoy the location. The overall image of the hotel looked run down. With it being a business trip I was hoping for some basic amenities to purchase like toothpaste, mouthwash, brush, etc but they do not have a store, so all items had to be ordered (nitpicky but just wanted to share). While I wouldn't say that it looked dirty, a lot of the hotel simply looked old and outdated.
