El wifi fallaba y la habitación tenía cierto olor.

Breakfast was bad. Been there several times, cold food, bad coffee, fake eggs.

The front desk staff could be more attentive with guests during check-in and checkout. I wanted to use my cash on hand for payment. It's ok if that wasn't available, however, the transaction was completed before I would have gotten a response anyway. At checkout, I walked to the front desk to turn in my key. The attendant took the room key, and then I stood waiting for a response and there wasn't any acknowledgement at all.

I continue to wait to ensure that I didn't need anything else or to receive a receipt, and still no response from the front desk staff. A lady staff member entered from the room behind the front desk and began talking to the guy that had just received my room key, about another booking and he needed to go back and look at extending the dates of this other account, all while I'm still standing in front of them, waiting for a response about my room stay or if I'm free to leave or not. The lady glanced at me, but continued speaking to the guy working the front desk, then walked away back to the room behind the front desk. I'm still standing there quietly to see if I'm acknowledged at all. By this time my wife walks up and asked what I waiting on. I told her just wanted to be sure I can leave. I had handed the guy my key.

Finally, I asked the staff guy if I was ok to go, and he looked at me for the first time since handing him my key and said, oh— yes sir!... I wasn't offered a receipt nor asked about anything related to my overnight stay. Maybe I'm overthinking this. I'm used to perhaps at least getting feedback about my stay or a receipt or something before bolting out the door.

I understand it was just one night. I was going to request another night. But then at that point, It seemed unimportant! So, my wife and I left. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and our first time ever staying in Boon since our Wedding night 30 years earlier in 1996.

There was an odor in the first floor hallway that smelled of cigarettes. Some of our room could have used better cleaning in certain areas. For example the skirt around the bed had something white all over it. The table in between our two beds had a pile of dust behind it.

Smoke alarm need batteries. People laying in the hallway.

The bathroom vanity was a small item...maybe 18" x 18". For 2 adults with plenty of toiletries this was definitely not large enough. With a different arrangement of toilet and vanity a larger unit would fit with no problem

The room smelled like mold and mildew. There were a group of creepy men always in the hallway who cat called my friends and I the entire time we stayed here. Management reviewed multiple complaints about them yet the police were never called. We did not feel safe.

Lack of communication about rules with new staff. I had to take my own trash out after they said someone was going to pick it up and give me clean towels, that never happened

The room has strong smell and the beds are not confortable at all. We cannot fall asleep and the bed makes my back hurt.
