Pros:

The property is in a good location; but could use lots of TLC.

Cons:

Beds are very uncomfortable. Room wasn’t cleaned during stay or towels changed out. No vehicle identification was requested for property. Guess anyone could come and go.

The property was lovely inside which was somewhat surprising from the dull outside. They offered fresh coffee and warm cookies during the day, plus a pleasing complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

The exterior was unremarkable and the entry to the main lobby wasn't clearly obvious.

Great stay!
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, nice desk staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was very good, but staff didn't replenish coffee and food items as needed. Had to go to lobby to refill coffee.A customer asked for decaf and was told none was made, with no effort to make more (this was only halfway through breakfast hours, not near the end).

Pros:

Liked the location. Close to shopping places. Also the room size was good with additional seating area with table.

Cons:

Room could have been more clean. Toilet commode was wobbling. Matress was hard and gave me backache and did not feel rested.

The room was a good size

Cons:

The beds were hard as rocks! The hallway stayed very loud all night with some suspicious characters and conduct going on.
