Pros:

Had to ask to change rooms as we could feel springs in the bed & there was extremely musty smell in the room. The room on the top floor was better.

Fun 2 night stay in Boone.
Pros:

Room was clean and very large. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good with lots of options. Price was a good value. Location was great. The lobby is warm and inviting. Will definitely be staying here again next time in Boone.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful...no complaints.

Would definitely stay here again and tell people about them.
Pros:

Was very open and welcoming when arrived. Nice seating areas and enjoyed breakfast. Plenty of hot food choices. Room was spacious and like the seating area in the room.

Cons:

Nothing too wrong. Kids are kids and I work with them so I understand, but you could here them upstairs run around. Also had trouble connecting to the internet. Front desk said they would reboot it. Took about an hour and got it back but was spotty after. Kept loosing it.

Pros:

Cons:

My room's whirlpool's jets didn't work. But it made for a good hot soak.

It was what I wanted and met expectations.

The location is good. I was close to most everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The smell of the room was peculiar. It had a smell that I can't put into words. It was akin to something being scorched. That was my only complaint.
