Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia no fue buena. Habíamos realizado una reserva para una habitación doble, pero al llegar nos informaron que habían asignado una habitación con una sola cama, es decir, habían cometido un error con nuestra reserva.

El recepcionista que nos atendió fue muy amable y trató de ayudarnos dentro de sus posibilidades, lo cual agradecemos. Sin embargo, la atención de la señora Marleni fue todo lo contrario: desde nuestra llegada tuvo una actitud poco cordial y grosera, haciéndonos sentir incómodos en un momento en el que esperábamos una solución. Indicando que nuestra reservación era "de última hora" cuando reservamos con más de 5 meses de antelación.

La atención del personal fue fantástico, adicionalmente viaje junto a mi perrita y la trataron con tanto amor y respeto que lograron hacer de mi estadía algo muy especial.

El mejor hotel casa Crespo !!!
Pros:

Fue una excelente atención , cuando íbamos a salir del hotel estaba lloviendo fuerte y la señora Marlen, nos cubrió con un paraguas , para abordar el taxi.
Eso me pareció un gesto muy noble de su parte !
El hotel super limpio y cómodo , sabanas blancas acolchadas .
