I had a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign up & housekeeping knocked anyways, price should have been a little cheaper than the price. The pool was inoperable.

I belive this was the place where we stayed that other people were very rude. Parked their car smack in front of the entrance and it was very hard to get around it, especially with luggage.
The pool was not available!!!

Mold in the bathroom.
Pool was broken.
Staff was not helpful at all.
Didn't say anything about the mold or pool being broken. Gave attitude when asking for a refund

Cleanliness, manager could have refunded my money right away with no hassles, dead bugs, manager cursing at me

Pool was disgustingly dirty. I didnt get to use it at all. Staff were rude

I did not like all of the bugs. There were a dozen bugs in the room, both dead and alive. When offering to show the overnight staff pictures, she refused as she already believed us. The manager in the morning was rude and stated that the bugs were normal to have in the rooms. When I requested a refund, the general manager refused and said no due to us staying over night. We left within a few hours of checking in and checked into a different hotel. We left Comfort Inn before midnight so we did not stay overnight regardless of the records he claims. Due to the bug infestation and general manager, we will not return to this location.

They over charged two extra rooms

Room was out of date, mold in bathroom

I booked one night here. I called to ask about cancellation policy because I realized I booked the wrong location further away from the stadium. The manager said I couldnt cancel, I said thats fine, we will keep our reservation. We came in a couple hours later to check in (7pm) he said our reservation was cancelled and the room was no longer available. Mind you there was less than 10 cars on the property. I said ok but you charged my card, he said the refund was forthcoming. After two weeks back and forth about the refund, I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. Horrible location, staff and we got a glimpse of the pool where the filters around the pool were clogged so it was just a room full of water in the pool and outside the pool. You're better off staying in an outside camper than this place.

The elevator was a little off as far as shaking going up and down.

It exceeded my expectations so no complaints.

Booked a 6 night stay an called ahead to make sure they knew I had dogs, 3 days in was told I had to move rooms because I was in a non-dog room. It took me half the morning to pack up and move. Then the next morning the air quit working in the room we were moved to and had to move to a 3rd room which was a smaller room. I am disabled and can only do so much, so moving all of our stuff that much took a toll on me, not to mention the time it took away from our vacation. I asked for an extra night because of the inconvenience and was ignored the first time I asked. Finally when I asked again the next day, he said they were full, but I booked an extra day with booking, and he never gave me the difference when we were moved to a smaller room. Also he was constantly berating and yelling at the staff which made us very uncomfortable. The whirlpool jets were horrible, and there was a film on the water, definitely not enough chlorine used. The food was good until the last day when we found mold on the biscuits and realized some of the milk cartons were outdated. The constant hovering of the manager while we were eating was also bit to much. Will never stay there again unless they get a new manager!!
