Average hotel with high price
Pros:

Location very near to freeway and restaurants

Cons:

They did not mentioned anywhere it’s under renovation so elevator was not working and he have to carry our bags by stairs. I asked them for towel change, bed making and trash cleaning but no action taken.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage zu Aspen und Umgebung. Das merkt man auch im Preis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles hat sehr gut geklappt.

Nothing short of a warning and discounted price would compensate for our experience at this hotel. i
Pros:

Staff, breakfast, and cleanliness were fine. But had we known that MAJOR construction was taking place on site, and without any price adjustment, we would have booked elsewhere! The hallway noise and the VERY LOUD banging on the walls of the hotel starting at 8 a.m. was unacceptable.

Cons:

A hotel is meant to be a place of rest when traveling. The hallway disturbances, and the construction on site, without prior warning at the time of booking of the NOISE, AND at the same high price, made this hotel stay very disagreeable and non- restful.

Functional place to stay, but needs someone to manage by walking around.
Pros:

Location was good, quiet enough from the highway and out of the crazy traffic area.

Cons:

There were construction crews staying in the rooms, taking over the breakfast areas. While there was a sign with a warning, we weren't advised at the time of the booking. The biggest issue was lack of care for the property. There was dirt and dead bugs in the hallways that stayed there the entire time of our stay.

Pros:

Front desk staff at checkin was nice and gave a great dinner suggestion. The view was nice

Cons:

Property was under construction. No mention of that on booking, so very unpleasant surprise. Bugs in room because they just replaced the windows. Leak from bathroom caused the carpet outside bathroom to be damp. I planned to report it when I checked out, but no one was there. Just a basket to put the key card in.
Only sheer curtains could be closed all the way, no privacy! We were on 1st floor because no elevator anybody could walk by and look in our room.
