Mary and Apple are very welcoming and accomodating.
Great customer service. Rooms are cleaned every day.
Nice view from the balcony.
The pool was a nice touch and we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you very much!!

Just wished there's a lift because our room was located in the 4th floor.

personál hotela bol priateľský, ústretový, všetko bolo v najlepšom poriadku
Pros:

raňajky mi nevyhovovali (nie je to chyba ubytovania, ale všeobecne jedlo v Albánsku nespĺňa moje očakávania a kvalitu), ale boli poskytnuté v dostatočnom množstve.

Clean place, lovely staff, some improvements would be nice
Pros:

The staff and the owner were very kind. Acknowledged us/waved when we were leaving/ returning to the hotel daily.

The towels were changed every day, room tidied and bed made (we didn't expect it every day)

The view from the hotel front and upper floor is great.

The swimming pool was very clean and well looked after.

Cons:

The hotel rooms are very basic and plain. A small lamp by a bed would do instead of the main light only.

Bathroom accessories were worn off, our toilet flash was coming off the wall - nearly broken.

Power cut out almost every day as if the circuit tripped from running at full capacity every evening - happened during shower.

While the hotel was very clean, the parking lots just behind the fence were full of litter - plastic bottles and cans - issue across the whole Albanian coast 😞

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay at The Sunshine Hotel.

First of all, the location is quite far from the sea and the hotel is situated on a hill, which can be inconvenient, especially if you are walking.

There was also a safety issue in my room. The metal towel holder in the bathroom fell onto my foot before I could even hang my towel, causing significant bruising and pain. I reported this to reception, but unfortunately, nothing was done about it.

I was also disappointed with the breakfast hygiene. In hot weather, food was left outside on tables for a long time, which did not feel hygienic or safe. I also found it unreasonable that guests were charged extra for tea or coffee with breakfast.

Another uncomfortable aspect was the feeling of being constantly watched from the neighbouring property, where the hotel owners appeared to be on their balcony throughout the day and night. This made me feel uncomfortable and affected my sense of privacy.

Overall, I expected a much better experience and would not choose to stay here again.
