Когда я снова приеду в Японию, хочу заселяться именно в этот отель. Были в других такого же сегмента, есть с чем сравнит
Pros:

Честно, очень понравился отель. И общественные ванные большие, и все есть в номере, что нужно, и очень удобно, когда круглосуточный магазин прямо в отеле. С лифтами не было таких проблем, о которых писали - мы не ждали по 20 минут лифта, да, не приходил сразу, ну и ладно (ничего страшного не было). Чисто, уютно, есть большая зона для того, чтобы поесть рядом с конбини. Заряжать телефоны можно от USB. Процесс заселения и выселения комфортный и быстрый. Убирали по требованию, если это нужно было. А еще был красивый вид из окна!

Cons:

Номера маленькие, хотели заказать побольше, но все раскуплены были (но это в целом норма для Японии, поэтому я не могу сказать, что это разочаровало). Тяжело с двумя чемоданами просто, вещи некуда особо девать. И мусорки маленькие, а мусора было много 😅 но в целом все нормально.

チェックアウトが簡単なのも良かったです。

夜暑くてよく眠れませんでした。部屋ごとの空調が細かくは無理でも強弱切くらいはできるといいと思います。部屋の狭さが今回は家族だからまあよかったですが友人とだったら部屋が狭いと文句を言ったかも…

Pros:

Another stay at APA. This hotel has a slightly higher standard than usual. The room is still tiny, but since the building stands a bit apart and isn't surrounded by other tall buildings, guests especially above the 6-8th floor can enjoy a nice view! The hotel also has a bath house, very well stocked Lawson on 2nd floor and gym. The latter is rather small, but at this price point and in Tokyo that's still pretty good. Cleaning every three days, towel change daily, absolutely everything in the room. APA is convenient and this branch is no exception. Great location too.

Cons:

It's a large hotel and in the evenings you should expect heavy traffic around the elevators. Not APA's fault, just worth knowing.
The status of washing machines and dryers in the laundry is available in the APA app on the TV, but what it shows - time and availability - has nothing to do with reality. Free laundry equipment turns out to be occupied, and the remaining time shown doesn't match what the machine downstairs displays. A shame, because the feature would be very useful.
