Would not go again & extremely concerning response, or lack there of, regarding this issue.
Cons:

The room had bed bugs. When i approached the staff they were unsure what to do. I took photos & emailed it to them and asked to speak to the manager. We left and hours later I still had not heard from them so I called and spoke to someone else. She stated that they had their “inspector” go in and look in the room & that there “was no evidence of bed bugs” despite showing them pictures and videos.
I sent and email & have called back to speak to the manager several times and have not heard a word from the company in 6 days that have gone by.

Their lack of concern regarding this issue is extremely concerning.

Pros:

Breakfast is ok, room and bed are clean, most stuffs are kind and helpful. Open lounge for breakfast, and alway has hot water and coffee to fill your bottle up.

Cons:

Booked a non-basement two-queen-bed room, when checking in, 2 girls told me I could either take a basement one or change to a King bed suite with one King bed and a sofa. No sorry, No patience. Really don't like their service attitude!

Pros:

My kids loved the pool. The breakfast was great and we were able to park the car there for the week we were away and they drove us to and from the airport. We were very pleased overall.

Bit of a rough start but ended up having a great time - will check first if the pool/slide are OPEN
Pros:

Couldn't take the jacuzzi room we wanted as a kids cot wouldn't fit so we were moved to a 2 bedroom room which was fine as when we saw the jacuzzi tub it looked like it needed a better clean anyway. The waterslide had recently been painted and so it was un-useable (it was the main reason we chose this hotel in the first place) so that was a bummer for the kids and we couldn't stand to use the pool for more than 15minutes because of the paint fumes. The next day we tried again and we could use both the pool and waterslide with no issues and it was great!

Cons:

The fact the waterslide had been painted and we were told nothing about it, we chose this hotel specifically for the pool and slide and definitely would have gone somewhere else had we known we'd be unable to use it, maybe on check-in it could have been mentioned? Or when you're booking in the first place? Also the Jacuzzi room tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned very well, along with the walls around it which raised some worries about general cleanliness everywhere else - we didn't end up using it or staying in that room but definitely noticed it.
