Pros:

Great stay. Staff was nice and I had a great time. Very accommodating with pets. And got a great room. Everything was clean and the bistro had good food. 10/10. Would go back again.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle service is really nice. Easy check in/check out. I liked that they had the eatery but we ended up not eating breakfast due to the price.

Cons:

The bed/pillows weren't as comfortable as I would have liked. I would have liked for the pool to be open or atleast pool side to sit out in the sun. I wasn't crazy about the shampoo/conditioner either.

Pros:

My initial rooom had ants galore. The front desk clerk was very understanding and did not waste any time in moving me and my wife to another room. However, my wife still felt as something was crawling on her in the second room. We were leary of pulling our personal belongings out of our luggage etc. We were not totally comfortable for the duration of the stay.

Pros:

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Loved the fact that the hotel did not smell like cigarettes! Clean & comfy scent as soon as you walk in. I stayed on the 2nd floor, through my walk to elevator, in the elevator, down the hall to my room & my room ALL smelled great! I was completely comfortable & satisfied with my stay.
