Although we only stayed at this hotel for one night, we had a great experience. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Having a Starbucks on-site was a convenient bonus, especially for an early start to the day. The hotel’s location was also excellent—close to downtown

Fior was SO helpful! She was patient and thoroughly helped me with the menu and its items. Nice, kind people are hard to come by and Fior was that and more. Amazing service.

I recently hosted a committee meeting at this Courtyard location, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. The entire team was incredibly thoughtful, cheerful, and helpful—consistently going above and beyond to ensure our event ran perfectly. They truly took the stress out of coordinating our meeting and made everyone feel genuinely welcome. If you are looking for a venue with top-tier service, this is it. Thank you to the wonderful team for going over the top for us! I would especially like to highlight the efforts of Cheryl, Katie, Venon, Hanna, Jorge V., Ellis (a.k.a. EJ), Fior, Maria (What Would Maria Do?), Emily, Debra, Rose, Souvenie, Geeta, Angela and Jazmin.

Very clean and front desk associate Devin was very friendly and accommodating. He wished us a well welcome being it was my first time here and I felt at home

We had a company meeting and had lunch from the lobby bistro during our meeting. The meeting room was quiet & comfortable and my Summer fruit, nut & grilled chicken arugula salad was wonderful

Hotel is excellent, great service- staff greets you as you walk in, very clean, downtown friendly. Local places to eat nearby. Highly recommend for business or pleasure.

This Courtyard is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located in the downtown area. If you are staying the the downtown area in Orlando I do recommend this hotel. Cheryl Seckman the GM is so nice.

I travel for work weekly and have stayed at enough hotels to know the difference between good service and genuinely exceptional service. This Courtyard is my chosen property every time - and that's not by default.

Fior, Kendra, Ellis, and Yami stand out in the best way, and Cheryl, the manager, is simply phenomenal. She goes above and beyond consistently, and it shows in the entire culture of the staff. Every single person here brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction.

I wouldn't choose anywhere else. The experience here is nothing short of exceptional, every time.

A really excellent team Maria and Emily in the breakfast area is so great. They're welcoming. Jorge Vargas, the operations manager make sure everything is going smoothly. Dominique at the front desk with a warm welcome, my room was nice, large clean and the beds were comfortable. I also saw that the bistro area was pretty lively at night and they have the world cup games going. It was a great experience

Overall, this team exemplifies excellence, making every visit both enjoyable and memorable. There are other team members, names I failed to capture. I would not hesitate to return and highly/strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

Seafood was fantastic! I jad chosen a restaurant but he helped direct me to somewhere better, which was excellent. Im very thankful for the recommendation. He is friendly and great company

This was the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The breakfast was prepared perfectly by Ms. Rose and we were well taken care of by Ms. Geeta. Our experience checking in and requesting extras were met quickly and with wonderful warmth. Location is easy to get to and the rooms were spacious. I enjoy the clean open lobby area with bar to enjoy some social time before relaxing. Parking is extra but can be combined with your room to speed up check in. Great quiet hotel that accommodates for Autism with amazing grace.
