In my recent stay and all my stays at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown was nothing short of outstanding. What truly sets this property apart is not just the quality of the facility, but the people who bring it to life every day.
From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately made me feel at home. The entire team, front desk, management, café, Kitche staff, and support staff, operates with a level of care and attentiveness that goes well beyond what you typically experience. There’s a distinct sense of pride, cohesion, and positivity that’s felt throughout the hotel.
What stood out most was the family-like atmosphere fostered by the manager, management. It’s clear that the staff enjoy working together, and that positive energy translates directly into the guest experience. Every interaction felt truly sincere, not transactional, and it makes a meaningful difference in the overall stay.
The service is truly above and beyond. Whether it was accommodating requests, offering helpful recommendations, or simply greeting guests with a smile, the team consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence. The manager is highly engaged and visible, reinforcing a culture of hospitality that is both professional and personal.

• Hanna is truly exceptional, her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail set the tone for an outstanding stay from the moment you arrive. She goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued – every engagement (in person or on the phone) and every time I have stayed.
• Domique is very much appreciated for her positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Yamii and Eleis are engaging and personable, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience at the Cafe.
• Maria stands out as incredibly hardworking and genuinely customer-focused, consistently ensuring guests are well taken care of with a smile.
• Flor brings a firm, confident, and dedicated presence that reinforces a high standard of service and guest care.
• Angela is steady, reliable, and always on task, contributing to a smooth and seamless operation.
Overall, this team exemplifies excellence, making every visit both enjoyable and memorable. There are other team members, names I failed to capture. I would not hesitate to return and highly/strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

Seafood was fantastic! I jad chosen a restaurant but he helped direct me to somewhere better, which was excellent. Im very thankful for the recommendation. He is friendly and great company

This was the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The breakfast was prepared perfectly by Ms. Rose and we were well taken care of by Ms. Geeta. Our experience checking in and requesting extras were met quickly and with wonderful warmth. Location is easy to get to and the rooms were spacious. I enjoy the clean open lobby area with bar to enjoy some social time before relaxing. Parking is extra but can be combined with your room to speed up check in. Great quiet hotel that accommodates for Autism with amazing grace.

The lobby reception was warm while the bistro attendance and upkeep of the gym equipment and spaces was also very good. They made my stay exceptional and would come back again.

First time staying in this hotel and they have left a lasting good impression, I just got married and I’m happy and they just made my day better and assured that I was comfortable and went above and beyond to make my stay a great one , so thank you Devin and Kaydian for being the best and going above and beyond , you guys surely know true hospitality, the rooms were clean and spacious and complimentary laundry , what more can you want , I definitely recommend this hotel.

Just landed in Orlando and me and my wife just got married , she loves Orlando so we decided to stay in this hotel , just really want to say ty to Devin and kaydian they were amazing and pleasant and even gave me food recommendations, they went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife were comfortable and they also acknowledged her titanium status , they also gave us the run down of the hotel and laundry , we definitely need more people like them !!!

Location and shuttle to the events.

I go to this Marriott almost every day for my coffee at work. It is consistently delicious and the service is outstanding. Special shout out to the ladies at the coffee stand: Maria, Debra, Rose, Sou, Greta, and Katie are all equally wonderful and provide excellent service. Thanks for the daily vanilla lattes everyone!

Always a positive atmosphere and experience whenever I'm at the courtyard Marriott. Mr. Ellis, Ms. Debra, Ms. Dominique always make sure I'm well accommodated! I'll definitely be back again!!
