Unexpected kindness in a moment of turmoil
Pros:

This hotel has been fantastic for several reasons, but mainly I wanna highlight the staff. Dominiica at the front desk plus Cheryl, Ellis and Ferris at the bistro, Rangel was amazing helping with a handicap accessible showe bench. Hannah at the front desk. Just so many people who are attentive and caring and make this place a GEM! Supportive staff is what makes a place like this stand out from it competitors. The rooms are huge, clean well maintained. Two queen bed plus sofa bed couch great for family. The Bistro has killer food and drinks. Add to the location being central to downtown Orlando moments away from everything. You won’t be disappointed!

Great location to make it easy to visit all Orlando has
Pros:

Was down visiting the parks and I like staying more downtown. There's so many great restaurants in Orlando. Devin at the front desk gave me a recommendation of a new place to try in Winter Park called Superica. He said the fajitas and tres leche cake were so good. I had to check it out for myself. He was not kidding. That young man knows his food. He's so kind at the front desk makes checking in such a breeze for us.

Pros:

The service on the bar was excellent, we couldn’t ask for better service, all drinks were very good prepared.
The education and professionalism of Ellis was the best!

Leaford, (Hotel Courtesy Driver) is great addition to the hotel.
Pros:

Leaford (Courtyard Courtesy Driver) was kind enough to recommend and take us to a to a very nice restaurant both in the evening and morning. Prince of a gentleman and nice addition to the hotel.

Great Experience
Pros:

Every time I attend a work conference, this is our preferred hotel. Each of those times and most recently, May 4-6, Maria, Emily, Ellis, Rose and Sou have provided exceptional customer service with a smile. They are polite, courteous and highly professional. He was a lifesaver
Pros:

Ledford have a great sense of humor, was fun to be around. Especially talking about his bottle of hot sauce in the shuttle. The best part was how clean he keeps the shuttle. We never had to wait more than five minutes either way.

Can't beat the shuttle service here!
Pros:

Great location. Even better with the convenience of the shuttle for short trips. The shuttle driver, Leaford, is the best. Professional and always on time. Way better than an Uber and free.
