Fairly nice accommodations with exception to no microwave. Overall stay for work -not happy
Pros:

The room was comfortable

Cons:

There was no microwave available in the room. It was very noisy and kept me awake most of the night. For someone who was traveling for work and needed a good night's sleep before working 10 hours the next morning, it was not the best option.

The extended hours in the cafe for the conference was very much appreciated. And the service was great.

adequate for a one nighter
Pros:

Ok for a one night business trip. I was given a ground floor room which I was worried about road noise , but it was surprisingly quiet.

room was the typical dated look of most mariott chains, but it was clean which was a relief.

I ordered some dinner at the restaurant, which was watermelon salad and hummus plate, both dishes were quite good .

The following morning before heading out to work I went to get a coffee. There was a small line at 7am , and it took awhile since folks were ordering frapes and lattes etc and there was only one person behind the counter.

Also , when I checked it , there was some
kind of water cleanup happening in one of the higher floors and there was a hose running the entire corridor outside my room, but thankfully they finished within the hour when I checked in.

Great shuttle ride experience
Pros:

Had a great shuttle ride from the Courtyard Marriott Downtown hotel with Leaford. He took me to my meeting and picked me up…the hotel offers complimentary shuttle 3 miles or less. Leaford was excellent!!

Engaging Staff!
Pros:

Fior & Ellis at the restaurant/bar are kind, engaging, and fun - top notch service and conversation from both of them! As someone else at the bar said when I was there, "if I lived near here (at the bar), I would be here every day because of you!"

Comfortable, Clean and Welcoming
Pros:

We had a really nice stay here with our family. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location for exploring Orlando. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we always felt well taken care of.

The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere after long days of sightseeing.

Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to other families visiting the area. Thank you for making our vacation even more enjoyable!

Home away from home!

Ellis was amazing at the Bistro! This is my favorite Courtyard that I stay at. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and near. When I stay here I never have to leave for food. Keep up the great work Ellis and team!
