Location was advertised as convenient to Legoland but 20 minute drive away
Uncomfortable bed, didn’t accommodate extra pillow request. ac broken, room overheated or noisey with parrots at window and traffic

Staff were great, so friendly and helpful
It was comfortable, the beds were comfy and cozy. The breakfast was exceptional, good range of choice and well stocked, staff were consistently stocking up. The staff were kind and friendly.
The room was a little dated, there was evidence of damp in the room. One of the lights flickered inside the room. There was an access cupboard under the sink with a loose door that fell off when nudged slightly.
Friendly, helpful staff at reception and the restaurant; clean, comfortable room; good breakfast; plenty of parking including an easy-access garage if required; great location just off the M4 and only 15-20 minutes to Heathrow; great value.
