Pros:

Breakfast was as expected, good choice of food. Room was large with 2 double beds even though I booked a standard double.

Cons:

Black mould on ceiling next to window, no handle on window so unable to open or close properly making room too hot and noisy. Chose not to use aircon unit as you don't know how often it's cleaned/sanitised or if previous guests had virus. Black mould on sealant in bathroom shower, sealant lifted away from wall.

Cons:

Room small supposed to be for four adults two doubles very small beds. No tea and coffee in room. Poor toiletries. Car park on site extra 7 per stay per car.

Pros:

Tout était très bien !!! Restaurant bon, le breakfast super, une literie hyper confort et une salle d’eau très bien !!! Le personnel très accueillant !

Outdated room bathroom was good. Broken dirty window with dump. No fresh air. Wentylation was so dirty dusty.
Old very noisy bed and mattress every turn l woke up with that cracking noise. I didn't sleep actually matres was so old I got up with back pain l was felling that I will fell down inside bed matres didn't give any back support it was distroyed. That was nightmare stay. No electric sockets by the bed. For 4 stars thats to much this strars feldown long time ago...

Musty smell in the corridors, odd lighting in the bedrooms, badly made beds, rock like pillows, no plug sockets near the beds, tired decor. Parking charge on exit not mentioned when we checked in or in the car park.

Goed verblijf voor bezoek aan Windsor.
Pros:

Het personeel was behulpzaam. We waren een beetje aan de vroege kant. We konden onze werkzaamheden feilloos doen in het restaurant van het hotel onder het genot van een kop koffie, De kamer was snel door het personeel geregeld. Dank daarvoor.
