Staff not helping I was always waiting. Nobody in the reception.

Very limited selection for dinner.

Some stuff was outdated.

I didn't used to like the Parking Eye car park control, but this has now been removed. It would be nice to see further refurbishment at some point.

Supposed we should deal with it especially it was a very great price with the facilities and location so
there was nothing bad to say.

If I had to shared something that could be improved,I would say the cleanliness of the bathroom. The en-suite toilet looked clean but carried a slight smell. Also the provided towels had some stains so on them. And they don’t provide teeth brushes and slippers.

But that was not a trouble if you were a OCD. Because you might entirely clean the toilet and bath tub anywhere before use. And you might prepare your personal items for the stay.

Bed was squeaky due to mattress springs. Mattress must need changing ASAP

älteres Landhotel, anscheinend noch in der Neuausrichtung auf große Feiern. Dies ist laut Prospekt verstärkt in der Plaung. Betonung liegt auf Open End Feiern.

Wir bekamen ein großes Zimmer mit einem sehr großen Bett. Aber vor dem Fenster war das an das Haus angeschlossene Festzelt aufgebaut. Erst war alles ruhig, dann von 20:00 bis 02:30 in der Frühe ging die Party ab, sodass wir in den Zimmer nicht schlafen konnten, der Nachtportier war machtlos, es gab auch kein anderes Zimmer. Wir haben dann zeitweise auf dem ruhigen Parkplatz im Auto geschlafen.Dieser Lärm war deutlich über der sonstigen hellhörigkeit.

Da fällt der Schimmel im Bad auch nicht mehr ins Gewicht.

The room was very dated. Not sure how this is a four star hotel.

Was a party on so was really loud until early hours and was right above it

Right, the breakfast, I kid you not, this was by far the worst breakfast we have had at any hotel. Firstly, you sit down, there are a very limited amount of items available, couple of cereals, two types of bread, with choices of honey, blackcurrant jam or butter. Granted, these items were very few left when we arrived (9am on a weekend) but they did refill everything up. But that was it for cold breakfast, oh and there were a couple of fruits, strawberry, grapes.

Then we were asked if we wanted hot breakfast, which we did, asked of we wanted cooked English breakfast, we said yes please and the person on the table next to ours asked us, do not have the mushrooms. So we said yes to the English breakfast but no mushrooms. We were told no problem.

Eventually, when the breakfast arrived it was the most disappointing sorry sight of a breakfast I have every laid eyes upon. It was two rations of turkey bacon, one fried egg, two hash browns and beans. Not a single sausage in sight, except for me of course for paying for this "breakfast". The turkey bacon was okay, the egg had a horrible oil taste that I would spend the rest of the day tasting everytime I burped, the hash browns were greasy and the beans had a weird after taste. I should mention, my 12 year old loved the hash browns.

I can't even express just had disappointed i am with the breakfast, its why I picked this one over other places. The second day, I didnt even bother with the breakfast, just drove 30 minutes to have a decent cooked breakfast. If you are okay with having a terrible breakfast, then this is the place for you.
