The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. They were very helpful. The location was peaceful and relaxing, it almost felt like a retreat!
The lift was broken, and we had a lot of heavy luggage to take upstairs and back from our room. The staff helped to get them up though.
The "white" window curtain was very dusty and needed washing.

The location
Set in beautiful surroundings, the hotel its self is stunning. Its exceptionally clean, with all staff from reception to housekeeping going above and beyond. I stayed here for roughly a month on and off and stayed within various rooms all of which were clean and comfortable. Nothing is too much effort for the staff and what makes it more special is how friendly everyone is as well as professional. Ive stayed in various air b&bs and hotels but this one by far gets a 10/10. I look forward to returning at the end of the month.
A proper manned hotel, not like the one we booked in Scarborough.
The reading lights and bedside lights are not working. The table legs were wobbly.

The rooms are amazing along with the staff that are very helpful and do go out there way for you, they always have smile on there faces and make you feel welcome and they make sure your happy with everything’ definitely stay here every time I am down this way

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

His excellent customer service, warm attitude, and attention to detail made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. Ali is a real credit to the hotel, and I truly appreciate everything he did to make my stay enjoyable.

The location is lovely, greta views across the valley and a lovely sunrise, I was up early anyway. The room was perfect and clean, I had the executive suite as I had a discount thought booking.com. . There was a music event on in the evening but I wasn't disturbed at all by any noise, clearly a well constructed building. I met Ali the manager who was lovely and took the time for a chat. Nice touch. The whole place is well maintained, clean and airy, and has a nice professional vibe. Parking on site is easy, easy to find, conveniently located between Bradford and Leeds. It's my goto hotel when I'm moving the kids in and out of university digs.
Only a couple of issues that will be resolved soon anyway. They're in the process of expanding the restaurant and they had a technical issue with the locks, which is due to be resolved this week. So nothing to worry about.
Breakfast was average. Plastic cups for juice.
Air conditioning not working on the hottest week of the year. We booked a table for 7 people for dinner weeks in advance..on arrival at restaurant no staff and couldn't find the chef!!! We had to go and find somewhere on a Saturday evening for 7 people. Really poor. Bar not open during day.
