It was alright for 1 night and good value but will not return
Pros:

Location was nice a set in a lovely village

Cons:

looked unloved the place was clean but could do with some TLC.
We ordered a couple of drinks had to pay at the reception and not given a glass. No where pleasant to sit took the bottles back to our room

Great place, bring your own breakfast.
Pros:

Location fine. Staff fantastic. Young lady on overnight desk really amazing - thank you! Evening snack great.
Thought I was on to a winner. Room fine, no problem all - nice.

Cons:

Breakfast. Good grief. How bad can it get? Started with budget coffee granules in a paper cup, and got worse from there on. Choice of two budget cereals- the cheapest brand no-one has heard of. Came out in lumps. Couldn't identify the meat in the cooked breakfast. Paid around £11 I think. I real let-down. I don't remember it being like that last time.

A good traditional hotel. Good value.
Pros:

I have stayed here many times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Mr Ali is quite often on reception and is particularly welcoming and efficient. Some rooms have been refurbished and all have air conditioning, a great bonus this year. The parking is free without having to log your vehicle in. The menu has been improved and is now more traditional.

Cons:

Ideally the remainder of the hotel will be updated and the old broken lift replaced.

Friendly manager (Ali) and staff) spotlessly clean. Always trash towels bedding tea coffee and milk. Highly recommend
Pros:

The room was lovely and clean. I’ve been and stayed a few times and always stay in room 10. The bed is amazing. The cleaning staff do an amazing job and the hotel
Is spotless. The manager Ali goes above and beyond for his guests. He is a lovely friendly man. I 100% recommend staying here.

Cons:

There isn’t anything I don’t like about this hotel.

Pros:

Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, and everything else was satisfactory.

Cons:

However, there was one issue that disappointed us. When we made our booking, we specifically requested a baby cot because we were travelling with our baby. The booking also stated that a complimentary baby cot would be provided.

When we arrived, the receptionist assured us that a baby cot would be sent to our room. We waited for several hours, but it never arrived. Later that evening, I requested it again and was told it would be delivered within 15 minutes, but it still didn't come. I called reception once more, and they said they had already sent the message and that it would be delivered shortly. I waited until late at night, but unfortunately, the baby cot was never provided.

This was the only issue we experienced during our stay. Apart from that, everything else was good.
