Cons:

The reception staff on arrival was rude rolling her eyes. Although the room was cute, it was annoying that if someone wanted a shower it lit up the bedroom too.

Perfect hotel is you don't like sleeping.
Pros:

If you don't want to sleep, this is the place for you! Our room, and many of the rooms, are directly across from a club that is incredibly loud. When I complained and requested a room change it was "sorry, nothing we can do". A lot of money for for a night of pounding music, people screaming, and cars gunning their engines and blasting music so loud we thought it was in our room. This is not the French Quarter, but don't think that you'll have any peace and quiet.

Amazing
Pros:

Mya at the front desk was an absolute angel! I had a flight cancellation and had to come back and get a new hotel room. At first the hotel was booked but she went through every reservation to double check. Lucky enough - a room became available. We would’ve never known if she didn't take the extra time to double check. I would’ve had to spend the night in the airport. She was super accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable. A class act. Definitely needs a raise!!!!

Great Stay
Pros:

The hotel location is great. Within walking distance of a lot, but not right in the action. However, the staff is what made the stay most pleasant. Candace was amazing; she was efficient and had suggestions and recommendations that made the trip better. Don was also very pleasant and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Pros and Cons
Pros:

Location was perfect for embarking on a cruise. We were only 2 blocks away from the port, easily walkable.

Cons:

Our room kind of sucked. The faucet in the tub leaked the entire time (just overnight) we were there. The number panel outside the door was on the floor. Also, my friend was unable to shower because the piece on the faucet that changes from bath to shower pulled completely out and was unable to change over. Also, one of the elevators was stuck while I was on it for a minute.
