Everything
My air didn’t feel like it worked
Valets were so kind. Pool area was beautiful.
Lighting in room was terrible and room seemed very crowded.
The staff was great!
Parking fees were really expensive
Location was perfect for embarking on a cruise. We were only 2 blocks away from the port, easily walkable.
Our room kind of sucked. The faucet in the tub leaked the entire time (just overnight) we were there. The number panel outside the door was on the floor. Also, my friend was unable to shower because the piece on the faucet that changes from bath to shower pulled completely out and was unable to change over. Also, one of the elevators was stuck while I was on it for a minute.
Hotel is lovely inside and was convenient to convention center.
I prefer when the breakfast is a buffet, but the options were good.
Easy to find, and a great location. This hotel has within walking distance of great restaurants and entertainment.
I loved everything about my stay at this hotel.
I stayed at this hotel in early March while attending a conference, and unfortunately my experience after checkout has been extremely disappointing.
When I left, I accidentally left several items of clothing in the wardrobe, including a blue suit, multiple shirts, trousers, and two blazer jackets. Shortly after departure, I was contacted via the hotel’s lost property partner service called "ileftmystuff" and was informed that my items had been found. Based on this, I paid approximately £250 (including international shipping and import taxes to the UK) to have everything returned.
However, when the shipment arrived, the two blazer jackets were missing.
I immediately raised this with the shipping company, who connected me back to the hotel. A staff member named Josselyn confirmed via email that both blazers had in fact been located at the hotel, i was sent a photo identifying my 2 items, and was told that they had simply been missed due to a mix-up during packaging.
Since that confirmation, the hotel has stopped responding entirely.
This is extremely frustrating. I paid a significant amount of money under the assumption that all my belongings would be returned. Had I known the blazers would not be included, I would not have proceeded with the shipment at all, as it would not have been cost-effective.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and even offered a simple and cheaper solution: returning the items to a US address via a colleague, which I could then collect myself. Despite this, the hotel has not engaged or responded.
At this point, I am left out of pocket and still missing personal belongings that the hotel has acknowledged are in their possession.
I would strongly urge hotel management to review this situation and contact me to resolve it properly. This is not about compensation; it is simply about returning items that belong to me and that the hotel has already confirmed they hold.
Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this hotel based on the lack of follow-through and customer service after checkout.
Great check-in experience. Jalyn was very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend!
Very convenient to the convention center and close enough to walk to everything
