Little disappointed that the hotel bar closes early
The breakfast wasn't included and they charged 7.50 for parking did not know till we got there , thought that was pretty low, will check into other hotels in the future
The location is wonderful, and the staff were nice. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean.

Booking charged me and the facility charged me. I thought it was cleared up but the facility recharged me. Very frustrating the amount of time spent to get my money back.
I thought the price was HIGH for what was offered
Outstanding customer service by shuttle driver Iset. He immediately picked me up at airport when flight canceled and stepped up to even check me in when front desk got backed up. I have traveled extensively and never ever saw a driver step up like that. He is a great team player and should be rewarded and promoted for his great attitude and high customer service. Please share this with his manager my personal thanks.
Will say the staff was incredibly friendly and got me checked in quickly. The stay was just what I needed some peace and quiet. Everything was nice and clean.

I got double charged on my account from an incompetent worker who doesn't know what he is doing. Once from Booking and from Courtyard Marriot. I am NOT happy and want this resolved as soon as possible! What happens if I got overdrafted if I didn't have enough to cover the double charged? I would have to get my lawers involved in this.
I am NEVER doing this again! Especially on my bank card! I am out $340 because of it!
