Overall my experience of stay was ok, but doesn't deserve to be 4 Star hotel.
Pros:

The rooms was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, though there was not even a minor change in the menu for all the five days, I stayed. The access to city was closer with immediate option of taxis.

Cons:

There were no bathroom slippers provided despite asking, no laundry bags, no replacement of water bottles. Provided ironing board and box, when requested, but it was literally in pathetic condition. The cloth on the board was torn & dirty. the enamel on the iron box was gone and would have spoiled my blazer. Except a lady staff in the reception and a gent staff in the night shift of restaurant, rest no one even know how to smile and what is hospitality. Any request should have to be insisted more than twice, say cleaning the room, change of iron box/board (this never happened). The night shift staff in the restaurance
