Me cobraron un supuesto FONDO DE GARANTIA DE 300 $US ADICIONALES, debo esperar 15 días hábiles para que los devuelvan.
Es una barbaridad que no avisen esto el momento de reservar en booking, dado que pagué con una tarjeta prepago y dejé de disponer mi dinero de inmediato.
Falta saber si realmente lo devolverán.

El trato del personal, además ofrecían un servicio de desayuno buffet y cuando llegamos al alojamiento no contaban con el servicio de desayuno buffet (que habíamos pagado) y nos dijeron que nos daban un crédito de 15 dólares por persona en la cafetería del hotel. Posterior a eso, la cafetería tenía pan frío, que los trabajadores no querían calentar, a los 3 días me dijeron que había un error en el crédito y que era de tan solo 10 por persona, QUE TE COMPRAS CON 10 dólares? Y además agregaron que mi hijo de 3 años NO tenía crédito. (Como si no comiera( no me dieron solución de ello, además te retienen un crédito aparte de $300 dólares por ende te descuentan todo de ahí. Corresponda o no corresponda pagar te lo aplican el descuento igual, mi reserva era por XX cantidad de dólares me retuvieron $300 más y ahora me cobran otro porcentaje. Por tanto no es lo mismo que te dicen BOOKING. Ojo con reservar asegúrense que SI tengan disponible el buffet.

Not worth the time or money

The room was spacious. But half of the pictures look nothing the photos pictured

Cons:

To access the rooms you have to walk outdoors. It was an additional daily fee for raggedy parking, an additional $200 was added to my bill for a daily food/beverage charge and transportation??? Even through when I booked the total I was given said ALL charges included. The shuttle time slots offered are ridiculous and only include 2 parks. Oh and my sleeper sofa was stained and we had to ask for more toilet paper and shower soap because when we arrived it was only half a bottle supplied in the room and not even a full roll! Overall just very disappointed in this stay and would never ever recommend anyone to spend their vacation here.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff but noisy if you are in a room with a connecting door to another family.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff were friendly. The beds were comfy. The balcony was a great touch. The shower was great

Cons:

The connecting door to the next room meant that I could hear everything next door. Including snoring, children screaming at 6am (which is no fault on them I can just hear everything) and guests fighting with each other. It would have been better without the adjoining door. Parking should be included in the stay or at least upon request for free for those families who have a car and who do not, to free up a parking space for those who need it.

It was nice just loud in the morning.
Pros:

It was very clean and up to date in the room. It has a coffee shop.

Cons:

The sliding door doesn’t lock it just has a bar holding it from opening and we were at the bottom floor. If you want to sleep in it isn’t the place they had music playing before 9am with the water slide /pool open. The bucket was splashing water so loud it all woke me up. The housekeepers are nice but loud in the halls singing and talking, letting the door slam over and over. You have to pay $22 to park.
