Great customer service
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, just a few minor things. The food in the restaurant was good and inexpensive. Location was great for what we wanted to do.

The coffee maker in my room didn’t work, asked for a replacement but never got it.

Owen, Rocio, Maurice, Daniel, Pierre and Mr Moore also the barista who was working Friday and Monday made by stay enjoyable.

I’ve been coming here for many years and my son who is now 10 still enjoys it

I love this property they give you comps for either one free drink or $$ off restaurant plus for the children the pool is perfect

Amazing base for Disney area
Pros:

stayed for 10 nights here early June. Fab location, so many restaurants within a 5 min walk along with a 7/11, Wawa, walgreens and dollar tree for snacks and bits

Free shuttles to Disney (none to Universal but only $15 each way in an Uber/Lyft) were on time and handy. There's one at 8.10am, 9.55am, 10.15am and 11.40am going. It takes about 20 mins. Then coming back is 4.15pm, 7.50pm, 10.15pm and 10.30pm. Uber/Lyft is about $6 from Disney Springs and $12 from parks.
There's a bus stop right outside, the 350 lynx bus goes to Int drive one way and Disney Springs the other.

We stayed by the smaller pool and it was peaceful, rooms have good soundproofing so we didn't hear the neighbours at all. The grounds are well kept and there's plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the pools or the gardens.

The car parking is $20 a day, we just used Uber and the shuttles. Daily resort fee is $10, with $5 daily given back in the form of a voucher to use in the little shop or Starbucks but they're dated so make sure you use them each day, you can't carry them over.

Rooms are very clean, modern and have daily housekeeping. The only niggle was that the air con unit was noisy so if you're a light sleeper then i'd bring ear plugs. We are Bonvoy elite members so got a free upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and handy to have a separate kitchen/lounge, if you can afford it, go for the suite, they'll save you money by having the kitchen.

Will definitely be returning next time I visit Orlando

Good for the price. Delicious food at the restaurant, but could improve their service.

My daughter loved the pool. I loved the vibes. The staff were very friendly.

That they didn’t have complimentary water bottles at least. Maybe I’ve been to other hotels where they do. So I had to go all the way to the lobby because there weren’t any vending machines on the hallway. And our closest elevator was out of order during our stay. Another disadvantage was that they don’t have a phone at the restaurant/bar so I couldn’t order by phone and then just go pick up when ready. I had to go down, order, go back to the room, then go back to get our food. But the food was delicious specially the personal pizza and chicken tenders, so it was worth the hassle. We ordered from there almost every night during our stay.
