The pool area, the friendly front desk staff, and how close it is to Disney would be the good things about it.
Pros:

It took us 10 minutes to get to Disney.

Cons:

The rooms need an upgrade. They smell like mildew and the showers are old and dirty. The faucet was backwards (red was cold and blue was hot) so we did burn ourselves a couple of times. The lights didn’t work in the living room area and there were dead roaches on the floor. You pay a $100 “incidental” deposit but they give you only a portion back since it’s $20 parking per night and a $5 food/drink voucher (one per night per room). I had two rooms and the staff were rude when I handed them two. They were quick to tell me “it’s only one per day” without even looking at the vouchers first.

It was my worst stay in the whole 3weeks I was in Florida

Mixed Experience – Good Intentions from Staff but Room Maintenance Fell Short
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre. The location is convenient, but we encountered some frustrating room issues.

The carpet was shampooed while we were out, leaving the floor soaking wet. I had to lay down towels myself to try to absorb the water. On top of that, housekeeping never returned to service the room, remake the beds, or take out the trash.

We promptly reported the situation to the front desk. The agent, Jennifer, was very polite and did her best to assist us — we really appreciate her efforts. However, the only resolution offered was complimentary breakfast, which didn’t adequately address the wet carpet or the lack of housekeeping service.

We actually have an upcoming reservation for next week and hope that by then our experience improves.

Thank you to Jennifer for trying, and we’re looking forward to a better stay.

Amazing experience
Pros:

Such a wonderful spot! Check in was amazing, staff were so helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, pool area is gorgeous, bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Will definitely return!
