Pros:

Horrible management from the housekeeping supervisor Roderick to the manager Nicole. I would recommend a class on customer service and phone etiquette or maybe a change of staff. Would not recommend at all.

Pros:

Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. Very professional staff. Grounds and rooms are very well kept and clean.
