A nice place to stay outside of DC
Pros:

Affordable accommodations. Clean and comfortable room. The staff was phenomenal, friendly and helpful. Convenient location with a short drive into DC. Highly recommend the stay if you are looking for a quiet place to just outside of DC.

Cons:

The door to exit the building at our level did not latch properly and was not secure. People who kept leaving and entering through that door would not pull or push it closed all the way so no guarantee it was secure overnight. Anyone could walk into the facility without a key card. Also, bathroom door hinge was broken and you had to lift the door to latch it.

Not worth the distance and didn’t feel like a Marriott
Pros:

Room size was large with good furniture. Staff was friendly and professional.

Cons:

Hotel was very far from DC and in a remote location. The shower area kept getting clogged and required frequent repairs. Staff twice refused to clean the room upon request, first saying we had a do not disturb or did not open the door, which was not true, and second admitting they were understaffed in a letter. While the latter candidness was admirable, stays at a hotel like Marriott come with expectations of daily or alternate day cleaning.

Breakfast and coffee arrangements were awful. They offer Starbucks cofffee but had only one person to serve with big lines.
