I would rebook this in a heartbeat matter fact if I come back to Memphis, this is my go to hotel
Pros:

I like the staff and the fact that they were very friendly and welcoming. It wasn’t a overcharge fee or anything for something stupid I love this hotel.

Pros:

The location and friendly staff. Also has good breakfast.

Cons:

Parking at the back of building and having to walk around to front of property to enter because the key card doesn’t open the side and back doors.

Overall, rather disappointing.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

I didn’t eat breakfast there, as other Marriott properties I have stayed at offer a complimentary breakfast. I even had to pay $4.00 for a cup
of coffee from their Bistro. There was complimentary coffee in the room, but no creamer. I felt “nickeled and dimed” when it came to these particular amenities.
The lock on my door wasn’t functioning properly so it was very difficult to close from the outside.
The water was turned off one day during my stay and didn’t come back on until after 9 p.m. No signs were posted in the lobby or elevators to notify guests that the water would be shut off.

Pros:

Systems were down when I first got there, but despite that, the staff were very friendly and calmly explaining to each individual patron how they needed to fill out the form to check in.

The smell outside was a little off-putting, but the hotel itself inside and out was very clean
