Card readers didn't work. Desk clerk had to let us in the room. 20 minutes later I went to smoke and the desk clerk opened the door with my wife alone in the room supposedly to put another family in my room. They were pushing and banging on the door. Scared my wife. We left without a refund.
Did not have breakfast the staff was very friendly I liked that
Our key would not work so we could not get in our room it was around 8pm and was finally put in a room with a working key. It was an inconvenience due to if we left our room we had to go to the front desk to get back in
The hotel was just OK for me. Nothing great. The only thing that I liked was the food at the bistro inside the hotel.
I did not like the fact that the shower only had a half door. Also, the TV was difficult to operate as I had to keep unplugging it to reset the box. It was pretty annoying to have to keep doing that.
Subject: Formal Complaint – Price Increase at Checkout, Failure to Provide Guaranteed Housekeeping, and Unacceptable Service Standards
To the Senior Leadership Team / Corporate Executive Office,
I am writing as a lifelong Marriott member and a Senior Product Manager at Amazon to register a serious formal complaint regarding my recent stay. This experience falls well below the standards any guest—let alone a long-term loyalty member—should expect, and it requires direct attention from senior management rather than a standard guest-relations response.
Key issues:
Price changed after booking / at checkout
The rate I booked was not honored. The price was increased at checkout. This is unacceptable and erodes trust in the brand’s pricing integrity.
Guaranteed every-other-day housekeeping not delivered
Housekeeping every other day was guaranteed. Instead, the property appears to still be operating under COVID-era reduced service while charging full rates. On the days housekeeping did enter the room, they replaced only coffee and towels. I made the bed myself. Guests are paying for a full-service room and receiving neither the promised cleaning nor basic upkeep.
Overall property condition and service expected from 70's error management.
The property itself is in poor condition. Combined with the service failures above, the stay was sufficiently poor that I will not return.
I have been a loyal Marriott member for years. Experiences like this are precisely why loyal guests begin evaluating Hilton and other competitors. A senior Amazon PM and long-term member should not have to escalate basic failures in pricing transparency and housekeeping delivery. Don't care that an eccentric night club member of Memphis perished over weekend or that School began.
I expect a substantive response from senior management addressing:
Why the booked rate was not honored
Why the guaranteed every-other-day housekeeping was not performed as stated
What corrective action will be taken regarding this property’s service standards and pricing practices
I am prepared to provide reservation details, dates, and any other documentation required. I look forward to a prompt and meaningful reply.
Sincerely,
Steve Calovich

Pool was dirty due to rain 🌧. Breakfast is costly
The staff and security was super nice!
When we booked online, the description said there was 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Once we arrived, we were told there were only 2 beds. There were no adjoining rooms so our kids ended up sleeping on the floor. The location was questionable; pretty sure we heard gunshots down the road a time or two.
Didn't eat
Everything was good
How secure and clean it was. The staff was so friendly. They made my whole experience amazing
Pool under repairs
The security
Website said breakfast was provided but it wasn’t. Bed side lights were not working, dirty carpets in our room, laundry out of order, pool closed and big spiders in our bathroom.
Staff was nice
They charged me along side your website for the room, has taken weeks to fix
