Was told the pool would be available to swim in for our stay. It was not. Had a tarp on it and green water. 😑

Cons:

Check In war ab 15:00 Uhr. Wir waren 16:45 Uhr vor Ort und uns wurde gesagt, dass wir mindestens noch 1 Stunde warten müssen, um in unser Zimmer zu kommen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und hat noch nicht mal guten Tag oder hallo gesagt. Die Türen im Hotelzimmer hatten ziemlich große Spalte, da viel nachts das Licht vom Flur rein und hat das Zimmer erhellt.

The rooms were good, the service not!!
Pros:

The Room was very clean and everything was fine.

Cons:

The Service was very bad. The Lady at the front desk was very unfriendly. We had our check in time after 3 PM. We came to the Hotel at 5 and the room wasnt ready. We were told that it would take another hour.
When we came back to dor the check in there was a very long waitingline. The Lady at the fromt desk was tipping and always shaking the head. She was bearly talking.

Overall is was a descent price but if you pay for breakfast you have to request the ticket and its cook for you.
Pros:

Cons:

The location near the street was loud, residents were up all night running down the halls, and breakfast had to be cooked. We did not know that you had to request it even though we paid for the breakfast with room charges.

Seems like they don’t care about the property. It’s just a job.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Location had security gats which were never closed. We could not adjust temperature in the room. When we called the front desk to let them know the tv didn’t work, Aramis Higgins said he’d be right up. No one ever came to the room. Even the room keys were in tiny manila envelopes that were too small to remove the key from easily.

Pros:

We stayed there because my son was staying there and was leaving for basic training the next day. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. Fast check in fast and check out. Will stay again if we are in that area.

Cons:

There was a restaurant/bar in the lobby, but it was not open to other guests as they were booked already. The bar was advertised but could not serve alcohol because they did not have their liquor license. They does not detour us from staying there again though.

Will not be back. Very unprofessional.
Cons:

Card readers didn't work. Desk clerk had to let us in the room. 20 minutes later I went to smoke and the desk clerk opened the door with my wife alone in the room supposedly to put another family in my room. They were pushing and banging on the door. Scared my wife. We left without a refund.
