My stay was very good and comfortable

Good stay - after the fiasco at check-in
Pros:

The room, breakfast and having the bistro for dinner made it very convenient. The staff in the bistro were very sweet and hard working.

Cons:

Being told at check-in that they had canceled my reservation was shocking and really maddening. Then the guy at the front desk came out to our car, where I was trying to find another hotel to tell me that they found a room for us. He was very apologetic..... but that was very upsetting especially at the end of a long day of driving.

All in all it was good.
Pros:

Tired and anxious to go to our room and not the greeting we expected.
Pros:

Ease of handicapped parking near entrance to lobby. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Pre-check in online didn't work. No one answered the phone while driving to the hotel on day of arriving. Check in clerk not at desk when we arrived. Waited for 8 minutes (after driving 5 hours). Keycards did not work on door near our room to get into the hotel or later to the room. Had to have them "charged up". Asked an employee with a clipboard to assist us and he said to go back to the front desk and he went on his way. Didn't care.

Great location and rate for the area.
Pros:

We loved the location as we were there for a procedure at Emory (1365 Clifton Rd)
Liked the black out curtains.

Cons:

Our toilet was leaking water from around the bottom and I called the front desk. They sent someone but he didn't do anything. He said if it gets worse we may have to change you to a different room and pull the toilet up. We had just arrived and would have been willing to change rooms, but instead we just place a towel around the bottom of the toilet. We stayed two nights and when I asked why someone hadn't freshened up the room they said they only do that if you stay 3 or more nights. So I asked for a towel and they gave it to me. Very nice staff, but nothing over and beyond.
