Convenient hotel close to business meeting
Cons:

The choice of the restaurant is very limited and the breakfast is very expensive ($20 for a yogurt granola and fruits)

$10 a night parking fee!
Pros:

stayed there this past Saturday night (march 14,2026). I was shocked when upon checking in that they now charge $10 a night for parking. usually hotels charge for parking if they are located downtown. This hotel is not close to downtown! I would not stay here again because of it. There are many other hotels in the area that don’t charge an extra fee for parking.

A Whole Lot of Hallway
Pros:

The service at the hotel is excellent . The footprint of Courtyard Marriotts, both generally and at this particular property, is a problem. Honestly I am a little over the square design with a courtyard in the middle. I get that Marriott can’t exactly tear them down, but… maybe they can? It is a tired floorplan with too much hallway, the carpets are worn down from all the traffic. I was at this hotel for 3 nights, which was a lot of walking up and down the hallways given my hotel room was on the other side of the square from the hotel entrance/reception area. Location is ok – there is a Whole Foods-like grocery and Target across the street, but it is a busy area and you sort of feel you’re taking your life in your hands by crossing the street on foot. Room is in good condition. Tired lighting.

Cons:

Old and a little weary. Food for dinner and breakfast was mediocre at best. Bar choices were too limited.

Cons:

We went to a wedding when I came back to change clothes my room smelled of pot. I do not smoke and it was only in my room. It was as if someone had men in my room without me being there. I called the manager and reported but nothing was done about it.

Pros:

The property was clean. The hotel needed another elevator. It was challenging maneuvering the layout of hotel. Needs renovation to rooms.
Having a balcony was nice. Nice neighborhood.
Toilet would not flush. They needed extra staff for room cleaning and custodial work.
One worker did not seem well physically, he was short of breath and sweating.
