Great location but rooms need help.
Pros:

Location. Was close to the activities.

Cons:

Room lighting is terrible. No ventilation in bathroom. AC was very loud and was difficult to maintain good temperature. Police visited room next door that ended in some sort of confrontation that left us in the room wondering if safe to come out.

Great location for a quick weekend trip to Nashville but would not recommend for a business traveler
Pros:

Location was excellent for attending events at Bridgestone arena and for bar hopping/restaurants on Broadway

Cons:

Hotel is obviously older and the rooms while clean were quite dated. Very very small counter space in bathroom, not adequate for one person, let alone two. Room was quite small but clean.
