Pros:

I liked convenience to the interstate. The bed was comfortable. It was clean.

Cons:

The website didn't make breakfast clear that it was a bistro that you have to pay for your food. No outdoor cameras in parking lot. Our brand new 2026 truck was broken into with valuables stolen, the crooks were able to unlock our truck doors c with technology and the cops said it was a daily issue in the area. Another car was stolen same night at another hotel nearby. The front desk wasn't useful nor concerned.

Truly impressed by their top notch customer service.
Pros:

I had an incredible stay at this Courtyard in Dayton. The entire management and staff deliver absolute excellence. Every team member went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They are professional, welcoming, and highly attentive to every detail.

Very rested and thankful
Pros:

I have stayed in many hotels through work and various vacations. This by far was top notch. I was met with a smile. Very attentive and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Cons:

My only complaint which really isn’t a complaint is a couple thicker pillows would have been perfect.

Wasn't too good at all.
Pros:

Staff was very courteous

Cons:

We had to cut our stay short due to a power outage at 1am , and the room became very cold. My wife amd myself were beyond disappointed.

The facility was neat and clean
Pros:

I didn’t do breakfast, the front desk staff was amazing!

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that there were residential apartments directly across the street and the residents were out roaming around
